It is now 21st June and Iam still waiting for an order placed on the 7th. After spending hours trying to find how to get in touch my email was finally received and in the automated reply was told to wait up to 48 hours for a reply. 48 hours has passed and still no reply. This order was for a party for my sons visit from Australia last Saturday so we had no choice but to spend more money on buying extra beer. Why is your chat turned off and why can we not contact you by phone?

Having finally getting in touch have just received my order better late than never but spent a long time getting it sorted three weeks since first ordering needs better contacts with customers

Unable to get in touch with flavourly since ordering and paying for a consignment of beer have not received a thing not even a e mail very disappointed with them no way to get in touch

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering. My case was totally different to the pictured one on the website. Their response was, That is what I'd ordered! But there is no link to the case I received. Craft beer book missing - it seems that is common. 4 of one type of beer - probably their cheapest. Very poor customer service response. I would just say avoid this shambolic company completely.

Extremely lousy customer service!
Ordered a mixed case as a present, it arrived with cans dented and glasses were not packed and no booklet. After much complaint they were picked up and a new box ( properly packed, with glasses this time) arrived. However the craft beer text book was missing and despite many emails to customer service had no response and the birthday boy was left waiting for the booklet. Several weeks went by and eventually a booklet was finally sent. Would not use this company ever again and would advise anyone I knew not too.

The selection of beers was fine but they were late on several occasions, they sent the same box twice in a row so I didn't get the expected different beers/snacks. When it came to ending my subscription they told me I couldn't because I had signed up for longer. I hadn't actually signed up for anything, the subscription was a gift. Obviously just trying to grift some extra income from me. Now they've started spamming me with marketing SMS messages even though I've selected to receive no notifications from them and changed my number in their profile. AVOID!

Leaking cans. Dripping box covering my doorstep with beer. Had to carry it in wrapped in a towel. Apart from the leaking cans, more than half the 48 cans in the box were badly dented. I complained and was offered £8 compensation on a £68 case of beer. These people are scammers aiming to make their fortunes fast before the company goes t*ts-up due to their appalling performance. Don not buy from Flavourly - they deserve to be gone very soon!

Dreadful damaged cans and box wouldn’t give me a refund use to be a regular customer I worked out they have now lost £700 sales from me

Damaged cans was told they were fine and just drink them and would compensate £3 for 5 cans told them to keep the money looking at the reviews they will need the money so many unhappy customers with the same complaint, tried to blame the courier but nothing wrong with the box, very poor customer services, have now taken my business elsewhere and very happy with new supplier

Poorly packaged, arrived with bottom of carton wet and leaking due to a punctured can. Paltry compensation of £1.50 refused as insulting and inadequate. The beers were intended as a gift and returned as very poor present. I should have read reviews before ordering as I wouldn’t have bothered.

I bought an offer of 36 cans for £36. Beers arrived in a few days but the contents was really average. A lot of the beers tasted the same and just weren’t great. Couple of low alcohol ones too which I don’t mind but again they just didn’t taste great. I’d have been better spending the money in Lidl on some of their craft beers. They’re miles better. This is cheap rubbish.

April 2021: We bought a £40 gift case. It arrived with missing beer and glasses, crushed cans, and a half-empty can that had leaked all over the contents of the case, destroying the beer magazines that were part of the gift. They agreed to replace the glasses (and sent me a couple of PDFs in place of the printed magazines I'd bought!), but I had to negotiate with Flavourly to get a £5 refund to cover the rest of the damage! And yes, the beer is watery andfairly tasteless compared to other beer services.

Appalling company - whilst a customer for a while and pleased initially, as soon as i had a problem (damaged cans), trying to get a decent response and generous refund (e.g. send a small case as a sorry - like others would) was like getting blood out of a stone. They havent a clue about 2021 customer service and I doubt will be in business for the long term because of this. They simply offer you the basic minimum and then make it really hard for you - lots of emails etc.. no interest or care - just "computer says no".

The website doesn't let you know before you checkout if the voucher code hasn't worked, so my account has been charged £67 when I thought I was paying £29 for a case of beer!

24 cans ordered on one of Flavourly's offers but 12 of the beers sent were gluten free and taste awful! Another 4 beers were 2.8% and not nice either. The rest were lagers, one I tried was as bad as any lager I've had. Customer service was not sympathetic and only after 3 emails sent me an address label to return my box. Said they would only refund if I returned box but would not refund the amount for the beers I tried and a £5 admin fee! It's a very deceptive offer, avoid and spend more on decent beer!
