Their products dont work. They fake their reviews to make yiu think they do. 3.2 on trustpilot but 4.7 or high on their website? Nahhhh

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with I placed an order and it was immediately canceled even though I used PayPal and they took the money out and immediately from my PayPal and my bank account and I contact the company and they respond to me with terrible copy paste customer service response saying that they automatically cancel it because it looked like a fraudulent purchase. Why would my purchase be fraudulent just because they wanted it to be I don't know it went through PayPal and the money came out there's no reason for it they're saying oh make sure your billing and shipping address blah blah blah why would it have to be the same anyway why would it have to be the same that doesn't make even any sense. And I already went through this with the so-called customer service person and he was trying to tell me I wasn't even going to get my money back for a week and then all of a sudden he was able to make it come through immediately. I told him how I was so excited to find this product because as an autistic adult I thought this was going to solve all my problems and the fact that it was immediately canceled after I ordered it and they took my money it made me go into a complete meltdown and I was so upset because they did not respond to me even till the next morning. And after talking with them for a while and I got my money back I was very angry but I decided to not deal with them anymore because it was too upsetting to me so now to this morning it's been a week and they send me the same stupid email back again just to make me upset again like they couldn't even put on there that this matter has been resolved this person is already been communicated to you guys are very bad company and I was going to let it go but now since you had to re upset me again telling me the same copy-paste thing that you did before try to tell me that it's my fault that my account was flagged for fraudulence that I'm going to make sure to tell everybody that this supposedly autistic friendly company is definitely not because I don't know why you think this is something okay to treat autistic person. I did I'm just so stupid that I thought that their company was only one making these type of product cuz the customer service guy I spoke to even told me why don't you just order it on Amazon. And I said I didn't even know they had it on Amazon so of course I went to Amazon and ordered a different company's pair already long time ago it got delivered why are they emailing me again. I don't want anything to do with them I already told them and they keep telling me I'll place a new order why would I place a new order and make sure my billing and shipping are correct if it wasn't correct why would PayPal have taken the money and given it to you. This company is ridiculous has very rude people working there and they clearly have no communication within themselves because they should have told the other one that don't mess with this person cuz she is extremely upset don't email her again this is bad matter has been resolved it's the same order number that I was messaging about why would they keep messaging me about it from different places. it is absolutely infuriating for them to sit here and tell me that they flagged and canceled my order because they decided it was fraudulent because it's my fault somehow even though the money was given to them. And then let's just go ahead and open the wound up again let's talk about it again for no good reason cuz we're incompetent that's the word I've been looking for incompetent.

Great Idea for a product. Poor communication team, even worse shipping, worst understanding of sensible business. Want to hear about the actual product? it's personal preference. If you could try before you buy it would be more realistic, though from other reviews on their website (which are staff approved) you can get an idea. Find a specialist for your speciality sensory problems. It's the truth. Practically, It's a given that after 2 months of waiting, instead of the IMPLIED 14 days (which when mentioned to their support was met with "We say nowhere we 'promise' 14 days...") on these Calmer earplugs, after my auditory overstimulation was getting a little difficult, I became weary. They come from Germany and use COVID as a scapegoat for their shipping, they know, they say it anyway. Support= 1/10 Advertising= 10/10 Marketing= 10/10 Product= literally a silicone earplug with a hole in it. Don't overthink it. Do it anyway if you want it like me, hopefully you dont get annoyed like me.
