“Costs are extortionate! Purchased a wave ring in March 2020 and it cost €25. Unfortunately I lost this and wanted to replace it. Exact same ring now costs €62.95!”

“Really disgusted,I paid £40.00 for a ring,which I thought with all the lovely packaging and feather and card was worth it, NOT,I was told that Amazon,eBay etc, you can get same ring for a fraction of the price, feel very scammed”

“Have sent two emails over the past couple of days requesting when an item will be back in stock. The web site states that normally they'll respond within a couple of hours !!!!! Still waiting. Very poor customer care 😪😔.”

“Feather stud earrings ordered late Saturday evening and arrived Monday, excellent service. The earrings are beautiful just as pictured and presented in a lovely box with poem. I shall definitely be purchasing again from Fiyah.”

“I lost a feather from my dream catcher ring. I emailed Fiyah on Monday and l received a replacement ring on Wednesday! That’s what l call excellent customer service, l was amazed and would definitely recommend this company for their beautiful jewellery and fabulous customer care.”
