I have bought many pairs of the same kind of shoe for the last eight years, The last two pairs the price has gone up and the stitching has come out in the exact same Place on the last two pairs. This most recent pair is only five months old and I usually buy them every thirteen to fifteen months. This is my first time reaching out to the company for any kind of replacement and they were completely dis regarding any information and basically let a robot.Tell me that it was normal wear and tear. They even tried to offer me a ten percent discount on my next pair, which I will not be buying. Disgusted and disappointed.

Hello, I have to start out by saying I love these shoes. I have five pairs. Anyway, the last pair of shoes I bought were sneakers. I had them less than a year and maybe wore them about 6 months of the year, because of snow. So the stitching starts ripping out by the top of the shoe and the lining is coming undone. I asked for some sort of compensation. They said too bad. They are from wear and tear. I'm 61 years old!!!!! The shoes are just poorly made. I'm just so disappointed as the shoes are expensive for me. Well, just wanted to let you know how sucky the customer service is. Thanks for listening. I'm gonna miss this brand.

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Poor return service, even if fault lies with them (wrong she size listed). Also, they are all so stinking ugly, it’s embarrassing to wear any of the shoes. The really need to get a better designer.

This was my fourth order. I usually order three or more shoes at a time to avoid delivery charges. Their product is great but their service SUCKS! Every order has taken more than two weeks. I emailed them on the 8th business day asking why the delay asked if I could reroute my order as I would be away by the time they arrived. I was told that I couldn’t cancel once the order had been placed even though it hadn’t been processed They were extremely busy and apologized for the delay. This time on the 10th BUSINESS day I was emailed that my order was cancelled!! I purchased them to take on my vacation in three days. I was told that due to a stock shortage that my order with a birthday discount was just cancelled!! I love the product but DO NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE!!!

It is almost impossible to to find out how to place a return. Also it is extraordinarily expensive because they provide a large box for shipping the product, so you have to cut down the box. Also, they do not provide a return shipping label. That means that you pay a higher cost than they would normally occur.

I had to chase up refund several times when although returned items had been received the refund didn’t appear customer service told me they had refunded and told me to take it up with my bank eventually I did get the refund but only after a lot of argument ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from fit flop too stressful getting refund

Bought pair of Shuv fit fitflops in size 8. I’d read the reviews and some people said they came up really small so followed fitflops size guidelines. Shoes arrived - tiny! Ordered next size up - arrived - MASSIVE! Like boats. Both going back. That’s 2 x £3.95 postage and 2 x trips to post office. Customer services were not good at all. Will never buy from them again.

The fit flop clog slippers did not hold my feet well, though I had been a longtime fan of earlier models in the past. I returned the merchandise promptly incurring the $20.00 shipping fee. I have been informed by customer service I must wait a full 14 work days for my refund. Apparently, the merchandise was received early last week but after eight days is “somewhere in a US (Ohio) massive warehouse.” Poor refund policy - not competitive to other companies. Will avoid shopping Fitflop online again due to this policy.

I ordered wrong size and contacted immediately but there policy is nothing can be adjusted. I asked if I could have another shoe shipped at same price and discount and was told no. The UK customer service agent was very rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there was no one else to talk to that I could send an email. I have been buying fit flops for years but have never experienced such poor customer service!!!

I ordered a pair of metallic crisscross slides size 4. I was kept well informed of delivery etc+was very disappointed when they arrived as far too small. Considering i have 7 pairs of Ff size 4, these were obviously sized wrongly. I sent off an email+was very happy to get my money refunded a few days after i sent them back. I thought it was excellent customer service +despite the fact these didnt fit me, i will be ordering from Ff Ireland again.

After less than 6 months of wearing their new sandal, my shoes are falling apart and can not be worn. This is $150 pair of sandals. I contacted FitFlop and they said: "Your sandals have been inspected by our technical team and they have confirmed that unfortunately, the wear is down to general wear and tear and is not a manufacturing fault. Depending on how old your FitFlop footwear is and how worn, wear and tear damage will naturally and inevitably occur as a result of normal wear or ageing." That is not a 6 month shoe if you ask me. Disgusting. If they are calling this normal wear and tear of the shoe, they feel that it is good to get less than 6 months. So they should be charging $40, as it is expected to last less than 6 months. I am disgusted by your shoes and this puts an end to me buying from Fitflop.

This review is for service only. I recently ordered 3 pair of shoes. In my shipment I received 2 correct items and the 3rd was not even close- a size 6 slipper instead of a size 10 trainer. I asked for a postage paid return label for the slippers and I asked that they send the correct shoe ASAP. I have, in fact already paid for the shoes I have not received. They have my money and I do not have the shoes. Their answer is that I must place a new order and pay again for the trainers I have already paid for and then after they receive the slippers that I never wanted in the first place, only then will they issue a refund for the 2nd pair. All of the responsibility and liability for their error is on me. I must pay for a 4th pair of shoes and then wait for them to issue a refund. I love my Fit Flop shoes! I have been buying several pair a year for many years, dealing with their delays… but I will no longer support this company.

I was trying to order sandals ,got through all procedures and at the end when I authorised my card - the item is out of stock!? Why it was not mentiond on the site?? They never answered my mails! Then there is a lot of scam sites using there logo, people can get deceived easily,I wrote this- no answer! I like this brand and was buying in the shop before long but the experience with on- line ordering was bad!!!

I ordered two pairs of their Shuv clogs and didn't know my size since they fluctuate so much--I paid for my own shipping, which they say costs $6.95--when they refunded me they deducted the shipping. When I approached them about it, they call it a restocking fee. The shoes do not last (I already had a pair I bought on Zappos), and the customer service is worthless. Spend your money somewhere else

Stay away from this company. Management is heartless. I ordered a pair of sandals and even though they were the correct size the sandals are so poorly made that they cannot be worn. I tried several times to print a return label but was unsuccessful. Eventually I spoke with a rep who emailed me a return label. However, because I did not have the original box they would not accept the return. I explained that they were for my sister in Jamaica and unfortunately during my absence my husband accidentally threw out the box. I understand that is their company policy, and I could understand not getting a refund. However, not issuing a store credit so I could order something else is quite disappointing. I have wasted $116 and would never buy from this company again.

I recently purchased the f mode slide sandal. The leather cross-cross on top is so HARD I can’t wear them!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed…as I believe they replaced lu lu which had very soft leather. Bummed!!

Used to love these shoes when you could try on and buy in a store but now that they appear to be an online order only product I have to find a new brand of sandal to buy for summer. Too bad.

I bought a pair of pool slides at a small shoe store. I got them for occasional use while traveling. After only 18 months of limited use, the band across the toes split. I've had much cheaper flip flops last much longer. The reason I'm giving them one star is that they were perfect before they tore. But this company doesn't seem to stand behind their product. They offered a 30% discount from their website for which I'd have to pay shipping. But why would I throw my $ away? The shoes are not worth the energy put into them. Garbage.

When I received my Fitflop they were too big. The same day I packed them up and ordered a size smaller. For the new pair, I had to pay for shipping again $8.95. I paid for the first pair $8.95 shipping and when I sent them back they charged me a $6.99 restocking fee plus an additional shipping fee of $8.95. In total for me to buy a pair of Fitflop cause me in shipping and restocking $33.84. Customer service was awful. Nice way to never buy from this company again. I would never again buy from them.
