“This was my first lease car and FVL made the process really easy and got me the best price possible. I mainly dealt with Jonathan slack and Samantha Edwards and they were both fantastic and really helpful all the way through the process. I originally ordered a different car but it got delayed a few times by the Manufacturers (Not FVL's fault) so Johnny helped find me an alternative car that was in stock and I received it within a few weeks and the new car is actually a lot better than the one I originally ordered.”

“I took delivery of my new T-Roc in Ascot Grey today at 8.45am and I have to say it is beautiful and so quiet! My last car which I had for 5 years was a Mini Cooper diesel so a big change for me. “I've used other leasing companies in the past and always been frustrated by bad communication and the car not being as specified. First car leasing was completely different I assumed like other car leasing companies that once I paid the broker fee I'd not hear from them again. However I was wrong. I emailed once for progress and was responded to within in minutes that they would get more information which they got within the hour. When the car became available nothing was too much trouble they were incredibly helpful and friendly and I know exactly what was going on. The car was exactly as the description said whereas previous leasing companies had Downgrades. I would recommend first car leasing to anyone... in fact I already have been recommending to my friends.”

“Customer service was good even though I placed my order in July for a Citroen Crossover but when I chased up August was told the dealer had not received my order which I was deeply disappointed with. I then ended up having to order a different car Ford Puma which was a lot smaller and soonest I could get was mid December I wanted the 155 bhp version which was available but then took a callback following day to say it had gone and was offered a different model, I just wanted a new car as mine was no costing extra as my term had expired. Delivery driver was really nice and car was clean and ready to drive.”

“I found the customer service to be the main reason for choosing first leasing to supply me with my beautiful car. Delivery was so easy and price was affordable. However I would like to have had the opportunity to decide whether I was supplied with floor mats as I was not advised these did not come with the car as standard and I would have happily paid to have them fitted so that I could keep the car in excellent condition”

“Cannot fault the service from FVL, from the initial phone call, the speed everything was processed and delivery of the car. Love the colour - power orange just “pops” in the sun. Was a little disappointed that the car smelt of stale cigarettes which took a while to get rid off but that wasn’t any fault of FVL. This is the 2nd car we have had with FVL and would recommend them”

“Excellent service - extremely happy. This is the first time that I have leased a vehicle so I did my homework and shopped around. I had a clear idea of what I wanted and how soon. Unfortunately very few companies were able to meet my requirement. FVL certainly were able to do so. All the staff, Scott in particular, was knowledgable and helpful. Being my first time, I had rather a few queries popping up during the process. Each time they answered my queries and concerns with patience and reassurance. “I had a technical problem with my previous car which the manufacturer could not solve. The car had to go back within weeks, which left me little time to find a replacement at the right price and specification (a.o. benefit in kind to think of also). Scott jumped on it, found me a suitable car for the right price and kept me fully informed all the way. I got this beautiful BMW as a replacement within 3 weeks of cancelling the previous car.”
