“Would NOT recommend First Vehicle Leasing. I attempted to discuss an online quote and was dealt with Peter over the phone. A very rude, unhelpful and arrogant man. Atrocious customer service skills - think he needs further training, to ensure no other potential customer is treated the way I was. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone in case you have to deal with this man. A manager did return my call and attempted to rectify the situation, however Peter (who refused to refer me to a manager or tell me his surname) has left a long lasting poor impression of himself and the company he represents.”

“I have no complaints with FVL as the team have been excellent in all their interactions with me. The challenge was with the supplier whose communication was sketchy at best and poor at worst. James Mark and the FVL team definitely had my best interests at heart and had a number of challenging conversations with the supplier whose timescales and spec seemed to change regularly. All is well that ends well. Would I use FVL again? yes. Would I use the supplier again? Probably not.”

Hello Nick and thanks for taking the time to share your review, it means a lot. Yes, we are currently sailing through unchartered waters! With vehicle supply being hit on all sides from microchip shortage, Brexit, Covid among other things. We feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position where we can assist our customers when things get tricky, whether switching to a new EV, Plug-In hybrid such as this (stunning by the way!) or just trying to secure a car when it seems that there are none!
