“I requested a custom report from Firetext so I could see the click rate of links within our text messages. Alannah was extremely helpful and ordered the report straight away within a couple of days. It's great to know I can get a custom report when it's needed.”

“Awesome facility! We used to spend about 2-3 hours a month chasing clients for info so we could complete their VAT returns. Email's often get ignored/missed and phone calls straight to voicemail. Our staff were reluctant to use their own mobile to text the clients for obvious reasons. We now spend about 2 minutes a month using Firetext. What is great is the delivery report whereby you can see how many of the messages get delivered (100% delivery rate every time). Clients are now calling us back thanking us for the reminder. At 4p a message our monthly cost works out around £1.60 so it pays for itself when you think of the 2-3 hours downtime of my staff”
