“I purchased some BMW X1 mats and forgot to amend my address having just moved (Apple Pay). Sent an email and had an immediate response, mats arrived within 3 days and look amazing!!! Thanks ever so much”

“Very good quality car mats for the price. Fitted my 1 series BMW perfectly. I would definitely buy from this company again. Good communication, prompt response to emails. Had a slight issue with Evri and the company took up the issue immediately. The only small negative is that in my experience the company slightly over promise delivery timescale within their website. 8/9 days was more representative. I’d recommend.”

“Poor quality mats the edging trim coming away and they arrived without any fixings clips / velcro pads even though they are advertising they are supplied . They have offered me a 4pk of velcro pads via email . I responded straight back asking for replacement mats with velcro pads fitted at the factory but they replied the next day telling me the pads have been sent out . Would not recommend this company .”

“Ordered the Comfort Velour mats at £33.99, received some cheap terrible quality mats. They apologised and said they would send the correct mats. After many many emails, they just keep saying I have received them, which I have not. Now they are saying I only paid £17.99 so got what I paid for !! Awful service and just take your money. Avoid.”

“So I was I 2 minds wether to purchase these car mats as initially I thought they were quite expensive and it seemed a lot of money to spend on car mats, I ended up buying a really cheap pair that I thought would just get me by for a few weeks until I found the mats I wanted. Who knew that car mats in the shops were so expensive and the quality yet not good. Therefore I thought fudge it, bite the bullet and get em. I took the upgrade to go for the top quality mats and placed my order. Next day I received an email checking the details were correct for my car which I thought was actually kinda cool, emailed em back and they cracked on making my mats. Few days later they arrived. I was shocked to actually see the quality compared to the ones I’d been looking at in shops. These things are epic and really do make you car look proper cosy and luxurious inside. I can’t thank them enough amazing customer service, speedy delivery and a tip quality product made with care and attention to detail. If your like me and kinda put off by price don’t be as you won’t be replacing these mats in 6 month a year or 3. They are amazing.”

“I love to see how beautiful thing happen in the dark web space and how much positive impact it has in our society despite being tagged as a bad thing in our world. “Ordered 18th December but they didn't arrive until 10 January. Customer service was hopeless they either didn't respond or responded with contradictory messages. Eg telling me in one email that they had been delivered (they hadnt!)and then telling me in the next that they were on their way. Worse than the delivery was the mats themselves. I ordered rubber fitted mats. The smell is so toxic you couldn't possibly have them in the car. I have washed them and hung them outside for almost a week but it had made no difference they absolutely stink! Avoid this company!!!”
