I think someone should report Dr simon riahi to the GDC for dishonesty. As a dentist he knew the company was going bust a year ago, he had stop paying his dentists as he couldn't afford to and the company ignored all emails. Even after this, they were still taking on new patients money knowing they may not be able to complete their treatment. As a dentist he has acted unethical and needs her licence taken away.

Invisalign can be transferred to us here at Bursledon Dental Clinic in Southampton, there will be no cost for the aligners as Invisalign will honour the laboratory fees although there will be costs for the Dental Surgeons clinical time. However, we are offering the initial consultation free so that you can discuss your options. If you wish to book a consultation please call us on 023 80403428

Biggest con artist of the decade, the owners are ex car dealer, rouge traders. May they be disqualified for life. FD has spent the last 6+ plus months signing up new clients just to get them to pay upfront or in installments, whilst continiously cancelling their appointments, making excuses for fitting and crowns going "missing". In fact, these items were likely never produced and never meant to be produced. They've mislead and defrauded thousands of the clients from funds whilst never intending to deliver their services. Clear breach of contract. FD and their rogue directors are THE perfect subject for the next BBC Watchdog.

Invisalign is allowing us to transfer patients in the middle of treatment, but there would be costs for treatment time with the dentist. There will be no cost for the aligners as Invisalign will honour those costs. If you have paid by finance then we would suggest to continue paying so as not to affect your credit history; to then cancel the agreement and start with a new provider, with a new agreement. The same goes for implant patients but we strongly recommend contacting the finance company and starting afresh. Forma Smile 65 London Wall EC2M 5TU 07802456804 admin at forma.co.uk

I started £21,000 of treatment in October 2018. £13,000 through finance with Braemer. Milton Keynes practice were very nice, but extracted all my teeth and left me with an ill fitting denture. I was due to commence implant surgery in January 2019, but despite numerous calls and emails I heard nothing until November. They arranged for an outside surgeon to do my ‘conversion’ and I had 4 upper and 4 lower implants, with full arch bridges fitted to both jaws. The teeth I have are temporary (and old style denture that’s been cut down and drilled to fit on my implants, whilst my gums healed from surgery. Today I turned up to Milton Keynes for what I understood to be the last part of my treatments. The temporary teeth were due to come out, impressions taken of my gums and implants, in order for my permanent, titanium reinforced, full arch bridges to be made (the most expensive bit of the treatment, at £16,000). As I made my way into the practice, a handwritten note was on the door saying we are unable to see patients until further notice. I checked the website and saw the statement about the potential liquidation. Fortunately the £13,000 I borrowed on finance is protected by the Credit Consumer Act and I spoke with Braemer who are processing either a full refund or trying to see if they can arrange for my treatment to be completed elsewhere. Unfortunately the remaining cash I had been paying the practice directly, is likely gone, as each of the practices are trading through different limited companies, each of which have secured loans against them from Metro bank, which will have first call on any assets from the companies, when they are finally wound up. The Director of each of these companies is Simon Sati Raihi, born June 1967. The address he uses for each of the companies (one for each practice, e.g. “B&A Group Milton Keynes”) is The Retreat, 406 Roding Lane South, Woodford Green, Essex, England, IG8 8EY. This is actually the address of Nordens Chartered Accountants. When I called them today, they refused to discuss the company with me. The numerous active companies he has have a combined negative value of -£2,000,000. If you have a finance agreement for dental work that was meant to be carried out by finest dental, speak to the finance company but keep making your monthly payments, so you don’t breach your contract. The finance company is under a legal obligation to make sure you receive the service that the loan was for, or refund the loan amount for anything not recieved. The finance companies have also been screwed by Finest Dental, as they paid the money directly to the practices and are now having to sort refunds or new services.

Still waiting for my next appointment as the Invisalign treatment is not finished yet but the clinic is now closed. Contacted Braemer Finance, they said they will sort it out but now waiting for another 5 days. It’s been a horrible experience with the clinic, every time the doctor was different and now I don’t even know what to do next.

Liverpool Street branch hardy ever answer phones or return emails. I have never seen the same dentist there more than once as they seem to all move onto elsewhere. My teeth never came right - am stuck now with another teeth problem which I never had before.

Dear Patients, I worked at the Brentwood practice for 3 weeks but I resigned last week. We all now know that the company was bad, but the staff tried their best (treatment coordinators perhaps not). If any of my patients or any Invisalign or implant patients want to continue their treatment then I have a large clinic set up near Liverpool St London. I have treated 1200 Invisalign cases and can with the help of Align Technology undertake your treatments. We will be able to transfer Invisalign scans and treatments but implant patienst may need new impressions etc. I also have an MSc in implantology as well. My practice is called Forma Smile 65 London Wall. Happy to take over patients from both Liverpool st and Cannon st. 07802456804 email is admin at forma.co.uk

I write this message with a heavy heart. The collapse of Finest Dental came as a complete shock to all the staff working in clinics across the company. We are all appalled at the way this situation has been handled, including the lack of information given to us and patients. We have tried to call and email the directors but have received no response other than to say the company will be going into liquidation. All Our emails and telephones have been disconnected, and Our access to clinics have also been revoked, meaning we cannot even inform patients directly of what is happening, or that their appointments need to be cancelled. The only thing we have been able to do is place a sign on the door when we no longer had the resources to do anything else. Although we have all not been paid for months and lost our jobs, our thoughts are with the patients. We have spoken to the CQC and they have advised all patients who have incomplete treatment should look for treatment at a different clinic. The advice I have also been asked to pass on is to try contact your banks or the finance company to seek Financial reimbursement. Once FD do go into liquidation, there is also a possibility of contacting the creditors to try recover some of the costs. I can categorically say that all us staff have only ever worked in the best interest of patients, and we truly did our best to make your journeys as smooth as possible despite the many pitfalls outside of our control. We had no idea the company was in financial difficulties. This is not an official statement from Finest Dental, but rather the staff that worked there. We will continue to seek answers, but Considering we are faced with silence from those in power, I doubt we will get much more information. On behalf of all the dentists, nurses, receptionists, treatment coordinators, and any other employees, we truly are sorry.

I went to Finest Dental in Winchester on December 19th 2019 for a £50 consultation for implants, luckily for me I paid the deposit by credit card and the balance was 12 months interest free credit so I can reclaim it. I went for a second appointment 23rd January 2020 for moulds of my teeth to be taken, my next appointment for the implants was 8th February 2020. I received a text on the 6th February informing me that the appointment had to be cancelled because their systems had gone down and I should call the following week to rearrange my appointment. I phoned on the following Monday and Tuesday but after selecting existing patient option the phone cuts off, I have also left text message and sent an email but I have had no replies. I just wish these people would be honest and tell their clients what is happening and not hide away.

Finest Scammers, what a disgrace! Went to Finest Dental for an 'Invisalign' Consultation in December 2019 and the Treatment Coordinator (TC)/ Sales Woman gave me a treatment estimate for 'Secret Smiles' and was told they are basically the same thing!! The TC told me Invisalign had production/ supply chain issues but I suspect Invisalign cut them off as they weren't paying their invoices?? Anyway smelt a rat, so I said I will get back to them....A quick research on line came up with 2 names as Directors of Finest Dental; a Dr Sati Simon Riahi and a Mr Stephen Anthony Banks. The company was trading under the name B&A Group Ltd., but as of 30th January 2020, they changed their name to TCDC Holdings Ltd. Go figure!! Looks like Dr Riahi is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC number:- 71270) but he has a whole load of restrictions placed on him due to misconducts. Their practices scored low on CQC inspections; only 3 of their practices have ever been inspected and between them, they failed on not being Safe, not Well-Led and not Responsive to patients' needs/ complaints...Maybe someone should contact BBC Watchdog to get to the bottom of this!!?!
