“Buyer beware Shocking Customer Service. Still waiting for my refund from 10 November 2022 of over £270.00 No one replies to emails. Struggling to find a contact number to speak to someone. Know they have received my returns as they were sent Royal Mail Tracked. It appears I am not the only person to have issues with the Company for refunds when you look on Trustpilot.”

“Beautiful clothing range that is a bit different. Purchase gorgeous dress with 40% off. Delivery is always prompt and with no issues. Also, using Klarna, you don't pay until approved then payment due within 14 days. No hassle waiting for refunds if items returned. Highly recommended.”
