“My parcel was expected today but I received a text from dpd this morning to say that as they hadn't received the parcel from fields they couldn't deliver it. Disappointing but perhaps this is feedback you require”

“Although goods were delivered quickly the waist size 44 of the Scott Stripe Trousers was very tight. A 44 usually fits me. I noticed on the first review of these trousers that a customer had the same experience. When this customer reordered a 46 size, thet apparently were no different to the 44 size. As I needed these trousers by Friday of this week I tried to contact you by your chat line but this was unavailable all day and your published phone line does not work. I am sending my order back for a refund today as I have had to make alternative arrangements.”
