Everything a Christmas was really good, except the Mushroom, Spinach and Ticklemore Goats Cheese Wellington which was frankly awful.

We enjoyed everything but did not enjoy the stress of it not arriving as arranged. When we eventually received it the folling day all ice packs were completly thawed!

Products were of very high quality. Really liked the chicken liver pate, would buy it again. Portions a bit smaller than I am used to, but compensated for by the excellent taste.

Good quality products at a fair price. Nice recipe cards are a thoughtful addition. Nice to feel I am actually buying direct from farmers and supporting them.

These deliveries were Christmas gifts for family members. In both cases I have had good feedback. One delivery went badly wrong, however, due I think to pressure of work for the couriers. The order had to be cancelled in the end and it didn't make it for Christmas. It was however re-ordered and delivered 11/1/23.

Quality of F&F products is generally great. Pricey - turkey was extremely expensive but totally delicious so worth it as a one off. On a general note, sometimes joints have too much fat - I've just received a 1kg horseshoe gammon joint, the meat itself is very small as it has a huge layer of thick fat/skin which is totally useless. No need to include so much of that within the weight I'm paying for as F&F meat is usually marbled well with enough fat to increase flavour when cooking anyway. Best things - all chicken products. Beef roasting joints prohibitively expensive.

The turkey joint was a bit flavourless and dry. I cooked it according to your instructions but I think your advice was to cook it for too long. The gravy was very thick and didn't taste like turkey gravy. The ham was nice, although not as nice as the sliced ham we've had from you before. The confit duck legs were good. I am a big supporter of Field & Flower and will continue to be so even though my Christmas items were a bit of a disappointment.

The best quality of meat products I have ever bought. Far, far superior to supermarket or local butchers.

Really enjoy the meats from field and flower, some different recipe cards than I might have looked to use but all give me ideas for something of the like. On occasions getting a different fish/never a problem with my meats sometimes puts my planning on a back foot, however that’s the spontaneous, it’s good to look how to change up the dish with the new. The lambs liver is the best quality and best butchered I’ve seen in a very long time. Long may these deliveries continue.

So far, so good. The meat we've purchased has so far proved to be of superior quality to anything we can buy in a supermarket. Everything we've ordered has arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Our purchasing model is to spend what we would normally have spent on takeaway, and given the local waiting times for takeaway of up to an hour, maybe longer, our time and money are better spent preparing a quality meal with quality produce. Single-use packaging is probably my only grievance but we had that with our last online meat supplier. The majority of the packaging is recyclable, however. The use of the website is straightforward and adding/deleting items to our subscription orders is very easy. There is an element of the National Trust gift shop with some of the packaged goods, such as condiments and sauces. I appreciate the need for additional product lines but for me, it cheapens the site overall and devalues the message about free-range farming. I doubt very much these suppliers are working with the same ethical considerations. One major plus for F&F is the courier, DPD. Completely reliable and always on time. This may have an impact on the pricing structure, it may not, but this was a curated decision and F&F should be applauded for that.

A good place to buy fish and meat that is free range. Unfortunately, their subscription service only allows for a minimum monthly delivery which is too frequent for small households on a tight budget.

I love the fact the meat/poultry are all free range and tastes good. It's also convenient ordering online.

I love your produce but the website needs to be improved

I am very ethical and only want to purchase meat that is free ranging, has higher welfare standards, is not intensively farmed and good for us and the planet. Field and Flower fit the bill and I purchase my meat from this business. Very good cuts of meat, you can really taste the difference and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys.
