I ordered 3 pairs of comfi colours enhance from this company. They were anything but comfy. I put them in and after an hour, they were dry and sticking to my eyes, affecting my vision. Attempted correspondence with them but all I got was that the prescription wasn't correct, even though I have the same prescription everytime I order lenses. The quality of the lens is the problem here.

I ordered my contact lenses on Monday 1 April and on Friday 05 April i am still awaiting delivery. i have spoken with customer service who told me my contact lenses will be delivered on 03 April (and obvious lie to get me off the phone) and had an email response from their customer service team saying they will look into my order but have heard nothing back. I have had to purchase contact lenses from another supplier at extra cost to make sure i could carry on as normal. A dreadful service and i will be definitely going elsewhere in future.

Website says they ship via DHL/An Post. They don't, they used Fastway (extremely unreliable) and refused to cancel just 30 minutes after ordering. Never again.

I would give minus star if i could, this company cheat people be careful when you order because the prices are never the same. especially if you reorder make sure you pay attention or they will send you less contact lenses.

Do not buy anything from this business if you do not want bad luck to follow you. Bought glasses that were never thinly glazed, and as such they compounded people's thought that I cannot see. I specifically bought the glasses for prescribed reasons, months later I was assaulted in a chicken shop in Southampton, ended up in prison over false allegations, failed final year at university and have since been successfully placed with the mentally ill in a property designed for conducive living. They are some real hackers too in connection with their relatives running small businesses.

Been a customer for years. Complete shambles. WILL NOT USE AGAIN 1. Last month, ordered contact lenses ‘in stock’ as needed ASAP. Waited and waited but never arrived. No email. When I rang up they told me the lenses were not in stock (as stated on their site) and would be 10 days wait. 2. Three days ago I ordered lenses for my son for next day delivery as he’s off on holiday at the end of the week. Still not got them, and we don’t know where they are... it was a £60 order and when I asked if they could kindly send me out the trial pack of 5 lenses in the meantime so as my son would have some for his holiday they said NO, it’s not their policy. No apology nothing. Also, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager as, again, ‘it’s not their policy’. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ON THE PHONE.

I ordered some lenses from FeelGoodContacts' website with next day delivery attached. Royal mail claimed they had been delivered, they hadn't on the day, and still now haven't been delivered. I asked for this to be rectified and I've been told that because the Royal Mail say its been delivered I am not entitled to a reship or a refund. This is clearly a very anti-consumer company that will look for any exit possible to fulfill their duties as a merchant. If you want good customer service I recommend you find a different seller. This time it was a cheap box of lenses'. Next time it could be a £200 pair of glasses. Avoid this site!

EXTORTIONIST...Bought 2 pairs (my 6 order in a few years) a few hours later I received an extortion email telling me I may wish to upgrade to thinner lenses etc etc and must reply to this email before continuing, I replied telling them I was not interested in their extortion scam and amazingly they replied with the EXACT same message, back and forward we went until 2 full days later and my initial order still not being followed/processed I requested a refund...NEVER KNOW ANYTHING LIKE THIS ATTITUDE ever.

Order a pair of lenses with estimated dispatch 2-3 days. After 3 days I contact the customer service to be told that the actual dispatch time is 5-7 days. In a second attempt to speak with them they said again 2-3 days and finally that they don't know an estimated delivery time for the product ordered. Ridiculous service

I couldn't see through the lenses I ordered. I returned them, I proved my prescription was correct, I had a frustrating phone call with their manager, I argued and argued that what I wanted from their lenses is to be able to see with them in....they do not budge. DO NOT buy from this company, they are scammers.

Do not buy from this company Orders for the first time as my local optician closed Lense came ok but one set the lenses split within a few mins of putting in tried 2 in the same eye They have tried everything not to refund or replace them KEEP AWAY

I placed an order, and it took them 2 weeks to send me an email saying they could not fulfill my order. I had been waiting for replacement contacts the entire time and the horrible turnaround time for a cancelled order is absurd. Also, as of 12/28/2022, they no longer ship to the US.

Fast delivery genuine product but that's where it ends, glasses case crushed on receipt, glasses fine, frames lovely but lenses were terrible blurry, no anti glare coating which should have been in them, poor quality lenses. Love the frame so going to keep them see if I can get new lenses but would not use this company again.

DO NOT ORDER from this website DO NOT ORDER from this website, I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from them, when my order came there was only one inside. I contacted them several times about the missing item, but was told over and over again there is nothing they can do, i am now out of pocket about £80 for an item I paid for but didn’t receive. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

I would not recommend using this company to anyone. I ordered my contacts on May 3, 2022 by the 26th I still haven't received them so I contacted the company and they told me they sent my order elsewhere and when I asked why and if I could get an refund they sent me an email with my address and stated that couldn't get a refund. So not only was there no reason for my package to be sent else where but they also robbed me. They are terrible and unprofessional. It is now June 6th and of course there has been no correction of my order in any kind of way, like no refund nor contacts.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY…NO REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH THE ERROR WAS ENTIRELY THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been placing my order with this company for a couple of months now. I placed my order for my contact lenses and soon realised I had put on the wrong prescription. I admitted my mistake and choose to take the wrong prescription and ordered the right one. I then received the wrong prescription and it was at this time I called and the guy over the phone apologised and chose to refund me. He then told me to call back as soon as I am ready to place my order and he will send my contacts. I did this a couple of weeks later, and another advisor refused to send me my contacts unless I paid more money for shipping!! I explained the situation for over an hour and he refused and did not want to give me back my money. I now have no contacts or money and every time I call they say that they’ll investigate but no thing is being done.

Avoid these at all costs Avoid these at all costs took my order with next day delivery. A week later no communication or delivery. I contacted them and they said oh these are discontinued you can buy the replacement ones for an extra £30. Would of been nice to of been told after order not nearly a week later and only because I contacted them. Now I have to wait a week for a refund and they could not care less

Utterly dreadful. Scammers. They show prices on the web you can never get once you actually sign up and create an account. Once in theres no way to update orders without calling their sales team (that then try to upsell you). Theres no way of closing your account without "dedicated IT team support" Avoid these guys like the plague.

Awful company. Paid 3 times for next day delivery, each time took over a week! Complained but didn’t receive any compensation so shopped around for another supplier. Lense store online are much better

Tried to cancel my order a few hours after online purchase. Immediate auto response saying items already dispatched. Contacted Royal Mail after tracking states “ waiting for collection from supplier. Called to complain to FGC “ customer service”! Same lies from very strong accent agent. Do not order from this company !!!
