“Would have given 5 stars if not for there seemingly being some kind of issue with regards to receiving any kind of update on the progress of my order. I've had to contact feedwater at every point to request order confirmations, invoices, confirmation that they've received my returned samples. Both times I've used them so far. Other than that, they've been great! Thorough and detailed in the report and there was someone readily available for me to talk to when I needed advice following up. I'm more than happy to continue using Feedwater.”

“Hi, I have been using Feedwater Legionella Test Kits for several years now and have found this is a very cost-effective and simple way of checking that the Legionella control measures of the organisations I have carried out work for are continuing to be effective. The service that I have received over the years has been excellent in respect of the ease of ordering the kits, the dispatch time, the return process, analysis times and notifying me of the results. “I've been buying chlorination chemicals from Feedwater for several years now, and they always perform as they're claimed to. If I use the recommended amount of FeedChlor, I measure the required concentration of chlorine. And the neutralisation chemical Dechlor works too.”

“The set up, speed of results etc was fine except that the water analysis was unable to measure the levels of anaerobic colonies in the water. Given that anaerobes such as E.Coli and the Pseudomonas can be the most deadly the analysis was disappointing .”
