“I can't recommend FastFix highly enough. They were the 3rd drainage experts to consider this task and the best by a country mile. A Gloucester company tried to push us down a very expensive route that involved disruption to a whole estate, including a school - and charged me £480 for a survey that I couldn't verify was done. Another Dorset based company seemed to be genuine but then just stopped communicating when I asked some questions about their rationale. In contrast, Fastfix were quick to conduct an initial assessment, consider the options and support the decision making without pushing you one way or another. At all stages they were thoroughly professional and I had the privilege to meet Dave (Director), Paul (Lead Engineer) office staff and the team on the ground. All in all an absolute pleasure to have met those involved and what is clearly a successful and honest family business. The solution to the drainage problem with a new build in Dursley was to install a pumping station and connect to Severn Trent's infrastructure in a neighbouring property. All work was endorsed by STW and Stroud District Council Building Control. Thanks to a great team.”

“Wow, Fastfix really are a fantastic local company ! From the moment I called Fastfix and spoke to Charlotte I was struck by their professionalism, along with sense of urgency to find and fix my issue. This was reinforced when I received a follow-up call from Dave. As for the engineers who visited site, honestly, I struggle to think of a more polite and hardworking group of tradespeople. They treated my home like their home. No corners were cut; they were happy to explain every step of the process and work with me to achieve the result I wanted, even though - at times - it created extra work on their part. The chaps found solutions to problems and they always had a positive 'can do' attitude. Huge thanks to Will, Louie, Jack Hughes, Jack Moran and Jaiden - you are a credit to your profession. I would also like to say "thank you" to Kimberley in the Fastfix office; I needed to hire some equipment urgently and so she put aside the work he was doing to make numerous phone-calls before finding the product I requested - thank you. And finally, I received a lovely email from Alex (Director) at the end of the job. So, to summarise, I have no connection to this company; I had never heard of them before, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody in needs of their services. You can expect A* service from start to finish. Thank you.”

“Please pass the message onto John and Tony, they did a brilliant job on our main water that was damaged by our Christmas tree root, and did a really lovely job of cleaning and tidying away after , friendly and humorous gentlemen. “Operator arrived in due time and once connected took only 25 minutes to clear the blocked drain. Explained what and how he was doing as the job progressed and was most informative. “Which I can only describe as a stressful domestic situation with a leaking water stop tap. The team reacted very quickly, from my initial phone call to the office and the plumber who fixed my problem. Would definitely recommend to other people. Many thanks, Fastfix……”

“The service was prompt, on time and helpful. Fixed the blockage and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Had to move a plant pot to access a drain but after the work was completed, he put the plant pot back and restored the spot to how it was before. That was a really nice touch and was appreciated. Would recommend this firm.”
