Ordered rainwater goods on the 3/9/15 and there was 16 gutter brackets short in completing the order. We are now on the 21/9/15 and still waiting?? Not so good ! S McKillop

Website stated usually deliveries within 24 hours, i ordered on a Wednesday and it came the following Monday. There was also no option to pay next day delivery. When it was delivered i received no email saying it had been dispatched, and i wasn't at home on the day it came, so instead of phoning or re delivering they just left my whole delivery out the front of my house on the street - could of easily been taken by someone. The products that delivered were in good condition and well packaged and good value for money.

now is 2 weeks since made a purchase and have received half of the materials ,they did not let me know what is hapening ,when i am going to get rest of the stuf ,service is not nice at all

Called masterplastics to make purchase, long waiting time to answer phone. Ordering was straight forward. Received item, and was damaged , called back no answer not happy as door needs to be fitted

Nothing wrong with your company, everyone was polite and helpful..BUT, the haulage company you used was atrocious three days late on delivery and when i contacted them they just lied.. I had two men waiting on site doing nothing for two and a half days on promised deliverys, it cost me more in wasted wages than the price of the goods i ordered!

Order for 6 110mm drain fittings took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Should have gone to the builders merchants in town.

Delivered the wrong goods - black guttering instead of the grey ordered and invoiced. They did rectify the situation within a couple of days.

My order of 6 x 5 m lengths of skirting was delivered to my son 2 miles away from my address. I phoned and asked why but was never contacted back with an explanation or a way of getting it to my home

I am sorry to say that the delivery service has been terrible. Tuffnells gave us a delivery date that they didnt achieve and still havent. We received 1no of 3no boxes sent on Saturday by a very not helpful delivery person and we are still waiting for the 2 other items to arrive. Not very good service at all. I know this is a sub contracted company used for delivery of your items but at the end of the day we contract your company to deliver a service and this is not being done efficiently. We are waiting for the other items to be delivered and we have no information whatsoever as to where they are not why they only delivered one item when the vehicle used was clearly big enough to carry the other two items. I ordered 2 x 5mtr lengths, both were damaged on delivery. I did not require the full 10mtrs and managed to cut out the damaged sections.

Whilst the products were first rate the delivery service was abysmal and cost me a day off work, 1/2 a day lost on Saturday not too mention the disruption caused by not having the products on time to complete work on a local scout hut as planned. The latter meant 15 people being turned away from helping as the planned event could not proceed as planned as we had no materials. I would strongly recommend using a different courier to Tuffnells

Delayed delivery due to insufficient stock, on a relatively small order. Damaged goods due partly to (assumed) delivery company, and storage. Low Quality product with poor colour and many minor manufacturing defects. Fascia.com not contacted due to time constraints on job to be completed.

Delivery was incomplete, phoned next day to get rest of order sent again, 2 days later still waiting! Expensive delivery charge.

Ordered white hollow soffit board , sadly when it arrived the quality was very poor and the product was paper thin and because of this at least three sheets were damaged in transit. Managed to work around this when installing, VERY DISAPPOINTED I would not buy this product again.

Extremely fast delivery, good price . Hollow 300mm soffit board 5 metre lengths 5 off received damaged rest of order okay. After contacting supplier replacements received the next day super fast delivery and no hassle, downside some of the replacements were damaged like first deliverer small indents. Must not inspect goods before packing. Stars given would have been 5 out of 5 if received undamaged on first delivery. Due to damage on both deliveries 2 stars only. Managed to finish the job but still some indents in soffit boards.

hi I'm waiting on the one missing item that wasn't delivered and 4 items were delivered damaged, once sorted happy to amend this review assuming it is resolved ASAP, the other items I did receive were all fine. Kind regards

Goods ordered on 15/05/15, purchase cost taken from bank account on 18/05/15, and delivered to incorrect address on 03/06/15. Email sent on date of delivery to complain - still awaiting a reply.

delivery was quick but some of the fittings where damaged or parts where missing, rubber seals and gutter clips from the connectors. when I rang the office to get these missing / broken parts sent I was informed that they would be posted. I said I needed them for the next day, but as you no longer provide next day delivery I had to rely on Royal Mail. they didn't turn up on time and I hade to fit the broken section which I will need changing later. As I will need to re-hire a tower to do this it will not be a 5 minute job ... thanks for that ! I have used you twice before and every time something is wrong. I would advise anyone using your company to order well in advance to completing the work to allow for the delivery of missing and wrong parts. Regards, Mr J Leach
