Hi got to say poor because had 4 parcels and only had 3 on thursday 1 being delivered friday and it never turned up phoned master plastic saterday thay said thay would look into it monday i phoned monday said again thay would look into it and phone me back and thay havent

The KCR freestanding carport is not suitable for a windy place. The structure is strong enough, but the panels flex and pop out. Reinserting the panels involves rebuilding the carport, which is impossible with the weak aluminium screws provided. The repair that worked used steel screws and adhered the panels in place using Gorilla tape on the underside. Overall a very poor product not well supported.

Item was out of stock when ordered however was not notified of this only till after I emailed them to enquire about the whereabouts of my purchase.

Ordered on Saturday 2nd, back to work Mon 4th online states 24 hour dispatch. No goods arrived on the Tuesday telephoned and told it hadn't gone out because they were too busy and it would leave on the Wednesday ! Didn't leave on the Wednesday we called again, member of staff telephoned back to say will have to send alternative, arrived Friday. Slow service.

I opened my purchase on my living room floor after the delivery man refused to wait while I checked it saying he would put uncheck on his note pad. I started to assemble the item by fitting the upright sections into support rail, it was then I noticed upon picking second rail that it was bent with a damaged edge, which had a blood stain on it. I then checked all of it and found large severe scratch marks on both sides going all the way down. i then measured the uprights and found them to be fence length. I checked my order and found you had mixed up the order ref. i have repacked the item and I await your pickup. I would like a refund please. there were 2 people in my home at the time whom I pointed out the damage to, and are willing to help you in your enquiries. I am very disappointed in my purchase and trusted you deal with this matter with expedience. thank you. b edwards

We ordered items online which showed to be in stock. After several attempts to follow up we were finally told that one of the items would not be available and for us to have a refund. This was not at all acceptable after waiting like a month, we decided to swap the item for one that was in stock which came promptly the next day - why were we not told this when we were chasing the order up earlier. Also why say online that items are in stock when they are not !! We were very frustrated with the whole process, until we got a guy who finally took ownership of the problem and sorted it out for us within half an hour.

i order my stuff and no one bother to inform me that they haven't got every thing in stock then i called my self to find out about my order, they delivered the most items but don't know when remaining order come. very good price but unfortunately bad service.

The goods arrived on time, however there was a significant amont of damage to 1 of the 4 items purchsed, some could have been done during transit but some by the nature of the damage must have been there prior to shipping. Managed to get round this by cutting into smaller pieces then I woyuld have liked. Next time wil probably buy from local DIY shop where I can return if damaged.

the order was delayed. after speaking to management the order was finally sent out but it was a week after the order was placed. cost my wife a days wages having to stay in to accept the order. delivery driver dumped the order in the driveway, very poor service. was promised a refund on the delivery cost STILL WAITING......

My on-line order for guttering was processed promptly and accurately, but two of the approximately 1 dozen pieces I ordered were broken or incomplete (missing rubber seal) on receipt. The small connecting pieces were packaged in a bag rather than a box which may have contributed to their damaged state, but not to a missing seal from a union. Credit to the company for sending the replacement part and an additional part I ordered (and paid for) by first class post with no charge for the postage of the additional part. I would definitely use them again, but hope for better packaging.

Delivery did not arrive when it should have done. Had to chase numerous times to get a confirmed delivery date. Delivery was 2 items short when arrived.

Only received 1 skirting board instead of 3 when we tried to phone no one was answering so had to go through to a different dept
