Still not received fascia and soffit boards.

Items took an age to arrive. Was told they were despatched then I was told they weren't even in stock yet days later. Paid 2 contractors to stand around for two days while we waited for items to arrive that hadn't even been shipped. Cost me over £300 of my own money and I'm now 3 days behind in my diary and having to let customers down. Lesson learned, will never use facias.com again. We ordered Black plastic coated gutter brackets & got galvanised. Unhelpful on the phone.

I ordered some gutter brackets from you on Dec. 12th, but as I did not receive any confirmation of the order, I assumed that you had not received it. So I re-ordered on 16th December. I still did not receive confirmation of the order, so thought that you had gone out of business. On checking my bank statement on 14th January, discovered that 2 payments had been made to you, so I phoned you. I could not get a reply, so phoned the Bristol office. No reply. So I phoned the Clevedon office, and was told that you had not gone out of business. I then phoned the online sales again, and was told that the order was dispatched that day. I only wanted one order, but have received and paid for two. It would cost more to return the unwanted order, than it is worth. Therfore, I am not very happy with your service, and would not recommend your company to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service. I have ordered a canopy back in September last year and I am still waiting on it to arrive! Will never use this type of canopy on another construction project ever again.

The goods arrived very quickly. But when I opened the package all five 5 meter boards were damaged and chipped. I sent photos and description of damage to fascia . but no reply. I had to use the damaged boards to secure my balcony. But they will need replacing asap. I will not be re ordering from here again.

worst service imaginable .after reporting a discrepancy on delivery was told the items would be resent. then told I was a business .and that had signed for items that were not there. have offered me 15% discount, if I reorder the items that I have not received .I have asked them to collect the original delivery. am asking for a full refund. Have sent my claim to my mastercard. would never buy from them again. what ever happened to customer satisfaction.no doubt this will not be posted on the reviews .

Ordered a load of gutter brushes , waited a week to discover , they had not ordered them and didn't have any in stock . To add insult to injury ,I was told it would take up to five days for a refund . Really disappointed

Done a lot of business with this company over the years, but had problems with some skirting and had to return 3 lots as all scratched and not packed properly. Just ordered some window sill and money was taken but no goods. Spoke to them today and they said they would refund me because they would no longer do business with me after the skirting incident. Did not even have the decency to email me, so now I cannot do the job I was planning. Returning faulty goods cannot be my fault. So I now have my name blackened because they want to sell shoddy goods. Would give NO stars if possible!

I am very disappointed, I didn't receive my entire order, as I was organising the jobs for a relative and never on site to check delivery there was a slight delay due to weather doing the render hence my carpenters turning up a week late. We are various items short and fascias.com refuse to address the matter. Please please check your delivery!! I am now out of pocket for materials and return visit for labour.

All started ok until I found that I had been advised incorrectly. E mailed and rang and spoke to the person that gave the advice but he was rude and completely denied the advice and said that I was an internet customer and tough. Did not try to resolve the problem at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Communication ref Delivery: Poor. Inferior product. Ordered 31/8/15, heard nothing about delivery, I contacted company on 4/9 about when I would expect delivery, was told Wed 9/9. On 7/9 I Emailed to say I wouldn't be in and could delivery be re-rescheduled. No reply and delivered on the 8/9 when I wasnt in. Product inferior compared to similar product from another supplier (Professional Building Supplies) which has a white plastic foam interior which is more robust & not so easily damaged.
