Missing drainpipe and 2 gutter joiners broken. 1 missing gaskets an 1 corner broken

I put in the order notes that I would need a call to confirm the delivery date, so I could be at home. I had an email on Thursday 29th Sept saying Tuffnells would deliver the next day. I managed to work from home and accepted the delivery. Then later the same day I had a phone call asking me when I would like delivery. I was not told there would be 2 deliveries. This is now affecting my work as I have had to have 2 days working from home. It seems there is one delivery for the guttering and another for the car port itself. This was not made clear. If it was I could have delayed Tuffnells and had both deliveries on the same day. As for the product I have not yet fitted it.

We ordered cream ploy pins & where sent white ones not helpful maybe you could send the right ones

I ordered stuff so it would arrive before the weekend and I could work on it then. It didn't and was late so I wasted the days I had set aside. I e-mailed about three times saying I won't be in when it's delivered so go through the back gate and leave everything in there. They didn't and a neighbour had to take it in instead which was inconvenient for them and embarrassing for me.

Biggest Beef-Watch out for delivery promise- they say 5 days but when chased said they say they are experiencing peak demand. It took 2 weeks. They said their courier doesn't delivery in the morning but the product turned up mid morning. They are clearly disorganised and have supply chain issues!

The plastic clips on the gutter bends were so brittle that I broke both fittings in attempting to assemble the gutter. I was most disappointed with the quality of these fixings.

Item ordered was as described. However, courier was awful. Won't be using again unless they change courier.

We have ordered some gutter parts from Fascias.com and only some of the items have turned up. We were told that some have still not been delivered by the manufacturer but this was only after 3 weeks of hearing nothing and chasing up our own delivery. We still have have not been informed if the remaining item is going to turn up.

packing material was not adequate, after unpacking & after cutting the sheet I noticed one side was slightly damaged also three of the corners. Mr. G. Thompson

Great Web site and staff manning the phone but.... Unfortunately most of the items are damaged during shipping and I am on my 3rd delivery to get the items from my 1st order.

After looking for the right quality products I wanted for our new extension I thought I had found them and ordered some facia and guttering only to be disappointed that the product arrived with a huge hole in the middle of the facia board, I sent them a photo of the damage and got a reply asking how much of the product I needed but that is it no more communication from the so at the time of writing this I don't know if they are to replace or what, so to summarise at the moment I am really not happy with them. I do need considrably more but will be looking else where.

Unfortunately we are now awaiting another 5 weeks for our shutters to arrive. Our order was placed on the 2.6.2016 and delivery of 2 weeks.

Can't comment as we haven't received the goods yet. Ordering and paying was very easy however delivery service not up to same standard. Tried checking the account that was set up but no access to a delivery date was available. Order placed 28/04/2016.

I didn't have the best experience of the ordering process. I rang up before I put in the order to find out whether it was possible to specify the delivery date, as this necessitated being off work. I was assured that I would have the option to do this during checkout, so I ordered online and by the time I checked out, the order went straight through without giving me a chance to enter anything. I checked the delivery times on the website which said "polycarbonate sheets are normally delivered in 2 working days.", but was actually four working days. When I called about this the guy said that they have never delivered them in 2 days. Then when the tracking email arrived, it needed an account ref as well as a consignment ref that wasn't on the email, so I couldn't track it! Not a good experience, and I won't be likely to use them again.

Product arrived late, excuse was that there was a backlog. During installation, instructions only provided on scrap of badly photocopied paper so I had to re-measure to confirm cutting dimensions. Also, some fittings needed trimming and some PVC welds needed tidying up before trims would fit. Plus one unit hinges were loose! All in all, a bit overpriced for what it was and poor quality overall, but does what i needed it for

I would have given a very good overall rating with regard to the quick dispatch and good service until we opened the goods. One of the narrow facia boards had a crack in it but we were able to get round that by cutting the desired length we needed. Some of the corners on the facias were damaged. However, one of the facia boards was quite badly scratched. Unfortunately we did not realise this until we had cut to it fit and began to remove the plastic cover. We notice that the plastic cover was ripped but did not realise the damage underneath until it was too late and the piece had been cut to size. The damage to these board must have been whilst in your warehouse and not in transit as they were packed very well in bubble wrap! Very disappointed. Our new conservatory now has a scratched window sill that will need to be covered with something! I await to hear from you. Audrey Smith

The product arrived damaged, which could have been tufnells delivery. Luckily we were able to cut out the dented areas and could make do but I was not impressed with the number of dents

Could have been better service if the item was delivered within the time frame promised. 2-7 days was more 10 days. ordered on 15.04.16 and it arrived on 27.04.16. Shame because price and product really good. A bit disappointed.

After buying the polycarbonate roof and timber support bars the delivery arrived and was slightly wrong. I contacted Fascias.com and asked for the parts missing and then was told they would look into it and phone me back to confirm what was going to happen. The hours went by no contact..so I phoned them the next day..same answer then no contact again. I then phoned the following day and was told it was another supplier who was now dealing with it. Finally arrived after all this... 5 days after phoning!
