conservatory roof. arrived late 9 days. many item were damaged especially polycarbonate sheets I ordered 4 sheets and all were damaged. I will not order from facial .com ever again

I wanted a gloss or smooth finish Quadrant, it was not clear on the web site what finish the item was, so I telephoned and was told for gloss finish to order EQ19AG. that it was best to order on line and not over the phone. When the order arrived it is wood grain and not gloss as required. I telephoned again and was told there was nothing could be done as I had ordered on line, further I was told 'no one at fascias would have told me the code given was for gloss'. So basically what is being said is I am not believed. As a final conciliatory note I was told I could return the item at my own expense and they would see if anything could be done. The cheapest cost I can find for returning the item is £25.00 on top of the £61.00 already spent and with no guaranteed outcome this is throwing good money after bad. The whole conversation was dealt with in a generally disinterested and unhelpful manner. Not somewhere I would shop again.

Not happy with the service wot so ever had an email that my order was coming on the 11/10 and now am being asked to write a review on the 15/10 and have still not received my order

Poor service when I returned the goods. They said item was damaged but it never got out the delivery truck. And was refunded the incorrect postage amount. My own fault really for not checking out local businesses. A bit of a slippery company

Half of the batch was damaged when we received it ! Emailed you on the day which was Friday last week & no response as yet so rather dissapointed if asking ! We needed it at weekend so had to hunt round for more at the weekend ????

In summary I am extremely disappointed by the poor level of customer service that I have received since placing my order. No one has accepted responsibility for the delays in the delivery. Ive wasted a full day of my time waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen as the cladding at 5 metres long was to long for the Tuffnell delivery vehicle. Facias blaming Tuffnells and Tuffnells blaming Facias for not keeping me informed. When Tuffnells did deliver only 3 of 4 parcels were delivered, and they had no idea of the location of the missing parcel. I won’t be in a rush to order from Facias again in the future.

we order a car port it was deliver on the 30th march but Chris past away on the 27th march it was very suddenly i rang your company to ask if i could send it back i was told no as it was made to order so i found very upsetting

Took almost a week to deliver. 3 items were damaged (before being delivered.3 items were wrongly supplied. Still not received replacements.

We ordered an Evolution car port on 27.9.16 to be delivered on 5th or 7th October. These dates were on the order with a note that customer is to be advised. I received a phone call on 29th to say delivery was 1/2 hr away. I especially ordered delivery on 5th or 7th knowing someone would be here to arrange offloading. I had to help offload the car port even though I am not supposed to lift more than 2kg!!! He offloaded all the aluminium posts and when I asked where the polycarbonate was I was told it must be on another van. 5 mins later he returns saying the polycarbonate was in fact on the van. I was absolutely disgusted at the response I got when I phoned to say what had happened. I was asked "so we have messed up deivery?" When I said yes they had the response was "Oh" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No apology whatsoever. The product was excellent but a pity no decent instructions, really let it down.

Unfortunately I ordered wrong size of product and when I contacted your Sales Team within 10 hrs of placing the order to try and cancel the Delivery they were not interested and told me that the goods were on their way. The goods were delivered the next day. Surely they could have contacted Tuffnel and put a stop on the Delivery or asked Tuffnel to return goods to yourselves but they chose not to help The cost for me sending the goods back would be £55 so I'm now left with goods I have no use for, my fault yes but your customer service Team need to be more sympathetic.

One of the 5 metre trims delivered had been snapped. Disappointing considering the delivery charge

The Fascia Cover Board was damaged in 3 places and the Angle beading was split right down the middle. I had to cut out the damaged sections and join the fascia in 3 places so had to buy 3 Joints from B & Q . I had to clue the Angle bead down the middle with Super glue before I could use it. Not impressed at all with the Quality of your products.

Everything Dear Sir out of 8 lengths only 2 were not damaged. the damaged looked to be caused by a Fork Lift or machinery in the Factory rather than the Couriers. We are not pleased and would not like a replacement and will not be buying Soffit from you again. I have 2 attachments with the Holes in but they would not go to you at your Email address. Philip and Barbara Legge.

VERY POOR!. chased them a week after ordered to be told they could not deliver. Could have told me a lot sooner - it was only when I chased them. Same story with the refund had to chase it before they would send AVOID!

Part of delivery on day stated, the remainder the following day. Pins did not arrive just empty boxes, they did send them out very quickly but I had bought others elsewhere. When we opened the packages to do the job, one piece of fascia badly broken and one marked. One piece of soffit with some marks. H section was broken at the end.
