“The word “Processing” is not enough when you need to know when you should be expecting your delivery. A number of day’s passed and no other information. I had to phone to find out that it’s normally 10 days delivery on this product. I did get a delivery date and the items arrived on the day and in good condition. Overall a good service. Thankyou. Mike Tyneside”

“The product was received quickly and economically. As I later found out, The discontinued width was replaced by the next size up at same price. This caused some confusion and explanation at the time would have been helpful.....but the matter is resolved satisfactorily.”

“The lantern roof arrived when expected. We were promised a pole to open the vent, but this never arrived. There were no fitting instructions, just a plan view numbering the pieces, so not straightforward to assemble. Two of the glass pieces were difficult to put in as a very tight fit. Also, it would be better perhaps to have the corners of the base frame welded as they splayed out at the bottom, so I had to adapt and make additional brackets. Now assembled and overall looks good.”

“Good but the items I ordered took 3 weeks to be delivered. I rang them 3 times but in the end I got my items when they rang me back and said your order will be with you tomorrow and it was. very pleased I can now finish my fencing off.”
