Fantastic service in Wilmslow store yesterday. Friendly and welcoming. Rea helped me to choose some colours to complement my samples. I really appreciated her expert advice and knowledge. Thank you 😊

Super helpful and great service in Wilmslow store yesterday. Really helped being able to talk to people who KNEW THEIR STUFF. Left confident to start my projects and will be back for a lot more paint.

Must admit, you certainly get what you pay for at F&B Wilmlow. The paint is 2nd to none as is the service. I visited the store on Friday with Sam, in particular, attentive & helpful. I already knew the colour I wanted for my kitchen cabinets but Sam gave me great advice on the various finishes not to mention best practice to deliver a perfect finish. I came out with rather more than I initially came in for but Sam even gave me a hand taking the paint (including primer) to my car. I'd almost forgotten what great service was until my trip to the store on Friday!

Visited the Wilmslow store yesterday with my friend and we were made to feel very welcome. Sam was friendly and very helpful and gave us some great advice and colour options. She couldn’t have been any more helpful and sorted us both out.

Wonderful experience in Farrow and Ball Wilmslow today! I picked up the paint I had ordered - spoke on phone to very helpful assistant Julia. Today the two gentlemen in the shop were helpful with advice and even offered to carry my tins of paint to my car parked down the street. Many thanks.

Same as previous comments below. Not friendly, not interested in their customers. Very poor Interaction with customers. The sign of the door explains 1 in 1 out (can be a couple) how ever there was a family of 3 and another couple in the showroom! That’s breaking their rules!! Very confusing. Love going to the show room but not today. Will not visiting the Wilmslow showroom again. They do not represent the quality of Farrow and Ball. Very poor.

Called a few weeks ago and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady on the phone. Today I went into the store to collect what I needed. Clearly a served by a different person. Very nearly walked out. Thankfully I knew exactly what I wanted otherwise they almost certainly would have lost my business. Very unfriendly vibe. Don't appreciate snooty people who look down their noses at others. Makes me laugh because you actually have no idea who you are serving.....I imagine if I was wearing my designer clothes and driving my Range rover the service might have been better. Tut tut..... Still paid the same amount for my paint though.

I had placed an order online and when i called to find out why they were closed I was put through to the Manchester office as Wilmslow had suffered a roof collapse. I said that I wanted a refund as I had found the paint elsewhere and was told I would have to wait for Wilmslow to reopen. Disgusting, rude person and appalling customer service.

Excellent customer service from Carla today. She listened to my requirements and offered my some great advice. I paid over the phone and collected the same day. Faultless, friendly service.

I had the most lovely customer service from a lady called Carly today. She listened to what I wanted, recommended different options. I paid over the phone and collected an hour later. Fantastic quick and friendly service. Highly recommended

This was my second visit. This time experiencing an awful customer service and a rude and unfriendly behavior of the blonde clerk answering the door. I asked if it’s possible to get sample pots but she did not really listen...just shook her head and pointed to a telephone number on the door saying something about ordering over the phone. She wanted to quickly get rid of me as there was another customer behind me. I decided on a little Greene paint now! Will not buy from this shop again.

The most rude and obnoxious lady served me today, I wont be returning, I'd rather go to B&Q. She might think she is better than everybody else but at the end of the day she just sells paint. Awful woman.

Wow, today was such a difference. Top marks for customer service to the two ladies working today. Couldn't believe the difference from my last visit a few weeks' ago. Warm and friendly approach - a refreshing change, long may it continue!

Having visited the store on a number of occasions in the last few months I have experienced varying levels of customer service. Two of the staff members I have dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. However, one particular assistant has been repeatedly downright rude both to myself and other customers in the store. On my last visit she wasn’t wearing a face mask. Absolutely no excuse for bad manners.

Good and bad ! Been in before and the customer service had been very good. Today was in twice - first experience was very abrupt - after standing waiting to be served under new restrictions where the available lady at the till was not helpful nor clear what you could do and the advice was pretty non existent, rude and rushed. Made up later by a very pleasant and helpful customer service representative - what a pity that a bad experience from one individual takes away from those that really want to help ! Hence the overall poor rating. Seems like a common thread....

Having previously receiving poor service, a lack of interest and at times rudeness,I was pleasantly surprised with the huge change in atmosphere on my visit to the store on Saturday. Carla handled my request with enthusiasm, professionalism, and added humour which made my visit very enjoyable. What a difference.

The store is huge but they're only allowing one person in at a time. They have always been offhand and rude in this store but they now surpass themselves. They don't answer the phone even though they prefer click & collect. They also seem to relish the queue of people outside in the rain, smirking at each other and tutting at customers. I'd rather buy from B&Q but they don't stock enough colours and I buy a lot of F&B paint as I refurbish furniture. Need to up their game!

Whilst i realise we are in unprecedented times, this does not allow for the rudeness of the shop assistant i encountered this morning. On the stroke of 10 am i was met at the door (remained closed) by said assistant who rolled her eyes at me and pointed to a very small sign on the door saying something about ordering over the phone and then picking the paint up later. I tried to explain through the closed door that i just wanted one tin of paint (quick 2 minute transaction). Nope, company policy, you have to ring up. Fair enough i suppose but i was not forwarned of this on the website. My gripe though is the rolling of the eyes and general off handidness, maybe it’s because i’m a working class decorator who didn’t have any Armani overalls on. I won’t be back.

I have been into F&B Wilmslow a few times and always received first class service and advice. However, I went in over the weekend, the usual assistant wasn't in so served by a different assistant. I was after colour advice.... I had to repeat myself quite a few times as she was clearly not taking notice of my request, she was more interested in looking at other customers who came through the door. I did not receive good customer service, sadly this lady did not do F&B proud. sorry

I love Farrow and Ball products and this store is lovely. The colours of paint I had in mind were dismissed by the rather condescending assistant who made the whole process complicated I purchased a paint colour that she suggested and thank goodness it was only a paint pot because the colour was completely wrong. I will trust my own judgement next time.
