My beef this Christmas was not up to the standard that I have enjoyed before. I cooked it according to the recipe received from you but it was tasteless and a disappointment for my family party. I shall use it up minced in cottage pies.

I ordered two beef fillets, only one of which was delivered - real let down. The one that was delivered was pretty fatty for a fillet

This is our 3rd year shopping with farmison, and until now we have been extremely happy. This year however we ordered our usual fore rib of beef and 2 picanha. The beef just is not of the same high quality as previous years. The rib had very little flavour and the picanha had none. The picanha, known for a thick yellow layer of fat on top was lacking this, only a thin layer of white fat on top of a line of gristle. It was also quite chewy despite relaxing it for 4 hours

Ordered 3 saddles of lamb for 4-6 people. When they arrived the joints were very small and not as at all as illustrated. Had to use 2 joints for 5 people and it all went.

I have been using Farmison for a few years and never had an issue until now. My order for a family dinner was missing the chicken wellington, the main part of the meal! I suppose I could just serve vegetables and the gravy you did send but instead I’ll have to go late night shopping for something else which defeats the entire point of paying the premium it costs to buy from this place. Very disappointed. Farmison have offered to refund the cost of the wellington but this doesn’t solve the problem they created by messing up the order in the first place. Don’t rely on this place, you will need a plan b just in case.

We bought a beef wellington in the hopes that our Christmas lunch would be a great one. Was very disappointed with the quality of meat. Such a shame as the other products we bought was good. Very disappointing beef wellington quality for that price.

Absolutely pathetic, ordered Christmas Turkey and various add ons, paid for a Friday morning delivery and it never turned up. Excuse after excuse but I would never think about ordering from them ever again. How to ruin Christmas thanks very much/

DPD are a disaster they delivered my order to a block across the road so it was brought to me, ultimately by a very nice man who lives there. I could not possibly order any meat from you again, as it will probably end up in the wrong block.

Ordered beef wellington for 2. Meat nothing like the fillet I buy in local Supermarket. Very disappointed. Nevertheless last year I ordered a fresh goose and it was excellent.

They got my Christmas order completely wrong. After promising that it would be sorted and that my Christmas meat would be resent to arrive Christmas Eve, it didn’t. DPD had been blamed, who knows whether it was them. So we were left with potato and veg for Christmas. Disappointing … what more can one say …

Thanks for ruining our Christmas dinner. I ordered a cooked turkey breast and reheated it according to your instructions, to the letter, even using a thermometer probe. It was as dry as could be and very salty. It must have been cooked for much too long in the sous vide and over seasoned to boot. It was inedible. I’ve bought a lot of your meat in the past but will not buy any more.

Well thanks for messing up my Christmas order! I have been waiting all morning for my delivery to find out you accidently deleted it. Its Christmas Eve and now I have to change my plans as I now have to hunt around the shops to get my main course meat. My first time using you and wish I hadn't to be honest.

I ordered £300 worth of Christmas goods… I ordered £300 worth of Christmas goods including Turkey. Their date for delivery did not come out as I had put in so I sent an email just after purchase with correct delivery date of the 19th of December. I received an email to say they had received the delivery date, however they sent the food anyway. I called to say I could not take food now because no where to store it and that I would have called earlier had they not sent an email to say delivery date was received. This food has just all arrived at my house and they basically said tough we were too busy to read your email! I will never use them again terrible customer service.
