“I have been ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy for a few years now and am yet to come across any other company that provides the same quality, care and pride in what they do as this company. The bulbs on offer are next to none with some very rare and exotic species. I am always kept up to date as to where my order is. When the packages arrive they are always packaged really nicely with the upmost care and attention to detail with wonderful added extras like the postcards (I have a lovely collection now) of the flowers and a booklet on how to care for the bulbs, which I always keep for further reference. On a couple of occasions I have needed extra information because of personal issues and my emails are always answered completely and very quickly. Anybody looking for quality bulbs and a first class personal customer service need look no further than Farmer Gracy as I don’t think there is anyone out there that can surpass them. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I can and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“Order 23 March, dispatched 24, arrived I think 8 April after several telephone calls 15 days later, box completely squashed. Plants very tired but recovering except Baptisia australis and Miscanthus gracillimus”

“I ordered bulbs last autumn and planted them in my front garden. Just to say that they are the most beautiful tulips I have ever seen. They are slowly finishing now but they are huge double flowering tulips. I am really impressed and have so enjoyed their vibrant colour. Thank you”

“The best experience ever, for online flowers!! Everything was truly perfect, plants packaged in an excellent manner. Kind, helpful and quick responses. Non metto il massimo semplicemente perchè l'imballo esterno del pacco non è il massimo, infatti mi arriva sempre semidistrutto nonostante i piccoli stickers di avvertenza che vengono regolarmente coperti dal corriere locale e ovviamente qualche bulbo/radice non ce la fa. Ad ogni modo devo dire che c'è molta disponibilità nel servizio post vendita.”

“My Lucky Number daffodils are ok, although some haven’t flowered and a around 10% were diseased and couldn’t be planted. My anemones have failed to appear at all and although my dahlia tubers arrived in reasonable condition, there is still no sign of life from them. I hope this changes soon.”

“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and packaging and delivery. However, I ordered four Dahlia tubers and up to now only three have shoots, but the fourth one has no signs of any growth at all. I hope it starts to grow but if not I will be in contact with you.”
