Have always been happy with bulb purchases but this time having ordered plants I am very disappointed. 3 bare root roses and a clematis arrived squashed together with damaged shoots, in a very small box. I have potted them up and put in to a cold frame but none of them look happy. I will be amazed if any grow on to be like the plants in the photos, if they grow at all. This will be the first and last time that I order plants.

The bulbs were ok But the roots i recieved for the Eryngium were not ok Some purished and some so small As they were on sale some i did not take pics maybe I should have Be more careful with the size and quality of the roots PLEASE

Dahlia tubers are naturally different shapes and sizes, often a tuber which appears small will still grow into a full-size flowering plant. underwhelmed I have been delighted with bulbs ordered for myself and friends and family this winter. However i have been underwhelmed by the size of “ bare root plants “ They were very well and carefully packaged and arrived in good condition but size wise / cost wise I was disappointed especially when i compared them with plants in my local nursery . In future i will just stick to ordering bulbs . i have made comments to Farmer Grace but the reply of “well wait and see “ didn’t help ! Of course i will wait and see and they will grow but expected more for my money .

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear this. Bare root plants are naturally different shapes and sizes and the roots will continue to grow after planting. Providing the bare root plants have buds or shoots, they should continue thrive after they're potted up. If the plants appear viable and of an average size, we will usually advise to plant them and update us in the coming weeks if there are any issues with growth. The order arrived in a box that had burst open at the bottom I would consider the packing to be inadequate due to a lack of parcel tape but fortunately all the contents were still there but I was quite shocked

The order took several weeks to arrive, there was little update information and therefore difficult to plan gardening. Products are packed well with great information about planting and maintenance. There is an excessive amount of packaging.

Not a lot to see in the packets difficult to tell which way up but hopefully they will surprise me. Took until yesterday afternoon to arrive 20th so been travelling quite a while.

I ordered 2 elephant's ear bulbs, one was an acceptable size the other was far too small. I have planted both but have not got much confidence in the very small bulb growing into a healthy plant.

Plants look good, EVri totally useless. Arrived 24 hours after delivery date. Due to 'one' digit on postcode incorrect (error in last 3 digits), EVri said they couldn't find address/property - despite the full postal address was quite clearly provided.

I hadn't realised that the plants were so much in their infancy. I had expected them to be more advanced and with some growth. I just hope they will flower this year.

the bulbs are small but acceptable. the delivery takes very long. and there were bits falling out. unacceptable for a delivery from so close. Nederlands to Belgium
