My order was shipped with Evri, which lost my parcel (along with parcels for many neighbours from various retailers). Farmer Gracy were not particularly apologetic, I had to wait until they decided that the parcel would not turn up... then some of my chosen bulbs were out of stock. They dispatched in a normal time frame, not even bothering to expedite my replacement order, and finally the box arrived in time for the freezing weather. The bulbs may not even get planted if this weather continues. No discount or real apology was offered. I was excited by the original choices but my plan of reordering summer bulbs will not go ahead. I think Farmer Gracy do not care about customer experience from my own personal experience with them. Very poor

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience on this occasion. It is unfortunate that the parcel we sent to you was not delivered. When notified of a delay in delivery, we will contact the courier which normally gets the parcel moving again and delivered quickly. If not, then a free-of-charge replacement order will be sent in the next shipment or full refund depending on your preference. Ordered Ranunculus mixed bulbs they 2 grew Complained said they were sending new pack out Evri delivery said on there way then something went wrong with delivery never heard anything from Farmer Gracy since

Absolutely terrible customer service. They left my bulbs out in the rain in a storm, I didnt see these for days they are all mushy and ruined. And they will not allow me to return and reorder. I have been ordering from farmer gracy for years, spent hundreds, and I will not be anymore

After paying for my order (7th September), received an email confirming that my order would be shipped in Sept and directly from the Netherlands. On 30th September, I received an email from Farmer Gracy (UK) saying that my order was in transit and would be delivered within 2-8 days by DPD! 10 days later, I am still waiting for my order. Buyer beware!!

The currier that was supposed to deliver my plants didn’t leave them as I wasn’t in so he took them away and left a note saying that they would be delivered four or five days later!!! I was going to be out of town then. I had to arrange for someone to get them after they were delivered and plant them temporarily until my return. The package obviously contained items that needed fairly prompt attention, so why he took them away to be delivered several days later is beyond me. I’m not sure the plants will survive! I would appreciate your comments.

Sorry to have to write so negatively but in February I ordered 20 crinum powelli bulbs, 8 failed and rest have not flowered. 12 Tricyrtis, 2 have come up. 3 Gypsophila bare root, moderately good. And now the good news. 10 Persicaria Fat Domino, all flowered beautifully all summer and 3 Geranium Ann Thomson still flowering. Packaging was very good and delivery, but very disappointed with the bulk of this order especially the very expensive Crinum bulbs.

Crinums don't usually flower in the first year, but providing they have been planted with the necks exposed in a sunny position and they have produced leaves this year, they normally start flowering from the second year. I ordered some autumn bulbs from Farmer Gracy and was annoyed to find that the prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. There doesn't seem to be any mention of that anywhere on this website, and it is usual to show the full price, inclusive of VAT, when selling things online. This pushed Farmer Gracy's prices well over the competition's prices, so I would have bought from elsewhere if it had been clear that VAT was going to be added.

My first purchase, and sadly my last. Bulbs arrived mouldy and in very poor condition. Replacement sent, but equally as bad. I don’t hold out much hope for the bulbs I have planted. I thought I was buying quality, £20 spent, I could have bought much better quality locally for much less and been able to chose my bulbs myself.

most of the plants did not thrive at all, many including expensive ones did not grow at all, a lot of money wasted and very little to show for it. When plants did grow they were very weak.

It says on Evri delivered to secure place ref number H003AA0000541902 - not received checked around our house nothing! So that is why graded as such - delivery no photo provided just gps map.

Disappointed to say I had ordered root cutting for peonies and geraniums. I think 4 plants in total. One of them was already just a dried out broken stick by the time it arrived. Possibly not ideal to send root cuttings through the post. Needless to say none of them took!

I have always been delighted with the plants I got from you but this year I ordered 2 packs of lupins and they didn't look good in the pack buy I still planted them full of hope but I'm afraid not one of them grew. This has never happened before so thanks for all the good stuff .
