I ordered the bare root geums. All planted as soon as they arrived but one looked dead and still does. Other two growing.

The bare root plants that I ordered were delivered in good condition and are already in the ground. Going on past performance these new plants should grow very well and I look forward to them enhancing the garden.

Bulbs are good quality and come with planting instructions which is useful as they offer some more unusual plants. It is also reassuring that when things go wrong their customer service is equally good. It would be 5 * if they used a reliable courier not Evi so you parcel does not get damaged in the first place.

Using Evri is not good. My parcel was collected on a Wednesday and was not delivered until the following Tuesday. One of the packets of bare rooted plants appeared to have suffered as a result of this. The sprouting leaves were yellowing and showing signs of distress. Hopefully with some tlc it might recover. The rest of the parcel contents were ok.

The quality of the products is very good ! And for a nice price at that. But it's the second time I'm buying on this site, and you wait a long time for it to be shipped. 2-3 weeks. And this time I even had to remind them of my command... On month after buying. It was thdn send and at my door 3 days later.

Delighted with the bare root lupins though they took 7 days to be delivered. Disappointed that various plants I ordered would not be despatched till second half of May so unfortunately cancelled order.

Bare root hosta plants were delivered well packaged as expected. All were clearly labelled apart from a collection of four different varieties in one bag not individually labelled.

Plants arrived safely despite the box seeming small for 10 perennialls and the plants looked very underdeveloped However , we potted them up and watered them in and now after 1 week they have put on growth and look happy and thriving. I am looking forward to large , healthy plants and will plant them out later.

Everything arrived in one piece and seemed to be in good condition - they were planted immediately following instructions so I hope they will grow well. I was appreciative of the money off voucher but was disappointed at the date - I have just spent quite a bit with you so I am unlikely to buy more plants straight away. It would have been good to have been able to put it towards flowers or bulbs later on in the season.
