Very disappointed with my recent bare root alstroemeria roots: one plant had a few tubers attached but the other two had only one tubers with others loose in the compost. Followed instructions and planted the day they arrived and the better plant has signs of growth but nothing for other two pots.

The plants received were poor with very little plant in each pack.It would be better to grow them on to a reasonable size before dispatch.

Hello, We supply bulbs are bare root perennials, bare roots are not potted prior to dispatch but should be potted on delivery instead. They should all have some shoots on arrival which continue to grow after they are potted. If any of the plants appear to be undersized or in poor condition (without shoots/buds), please send an email to customercare@farmergracy.com, including a photo if possible, and one of the team will be happy to resolve any issues. Disappointed.... unlike previous years the bulds were avaerage garden centre size, but worst of all I had 60+% failure of the crocus bulbs (and no they weren't waterlogged at any time). It seems that Farmer Gracey your standards have dropped as the summer bare rooted plants I also bought were all over-shooted (sideways) when they arrived...looked like they had been in the bag for despatch too long.

My poor review is on delivery and not the bulbs. You used Evri to deliver, they told me they had the package but not tell me when it was going out for delivery. They left the package outside in the pouring rain and when my mother eventually found it the package had been opened. So not pleased at all with Evri

Around 50% of the order was below standard, either too small and spindly or packaged for too long and and make poor weak new growth inside the bag. I will keep all the plants except two items that I attach images of Perovskia Little Spire 2 of which are not acceptable and Geranium Intense which also has two unacceptable for which I would like credits.

Please let me find out how these tubers - plants etc work out this year . My bulbs I bought from you last year .. this spring they have been totally hopeless .. so I’m Genuinely worried about these plants I have bought . I will be planting them soonish and hope for better results . I will let you know how these tuners and bare rooted plants work. Hoping for the best/ sadly expecting bad results per my last order.. we ordered two plants of Hosta. The plants took nearly 3 weeks to arrive & when they did the box was squashed and the single roots were damaged, just hope they will grow in their pots. Very disappointed with the quality. Shame

The plants were ordered in December and didn’t arrived until March 26th. Some were in poor condition and were so small I would say they will not survive. I had to follow up the order myself to see where they were and in the end were delivered to the wrong house. On the whole not a very good experience. Linda Gill

Ordered three items.. Two of the items are fine. The third is supplied so small that it won't flower for years. I contacted you regards this and was fobbed off as "that's the way it is". I explained that I wouldn't purchase again if this was the case. No reply was sent to this..

First delivery of bare roots and pack of 30 bulbs ( mid March) Bare roots were ok but 6 of the bulbs were mouldy. Pics sent with email, I was refunded £1.13. Second order ( sent before my first arrived) for 3 bare roots of echinacea , roots of poor quality and the small amount of growth on 2 was damaged/ broken. No growth at all on 3rd. Very disappointing, I expected better for the price. Won’t be ordering again.

Déçue à la réception de ma commande, tubercule de dahlia cassé, plante à racine nue avec une végétation déjà avancée tiges et feuilles et malgré ma réclamation, selon Farmer Gracy tout est normal !

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Les tubercules de dahlia peuvent être assez fragiles et lors de la récolte, ils peuvent subir de légers dommages. Les tubercules courbés qui semblent fissurés à l'endroit où ils rejoignent le col sont courants et cela n'a généralement pas d'impact sur les performances de la plante. Si des dahlias semblent gravement endommagés, avec plusieurs tubercules cassés à peine attachés, veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions organiser d'autres remplacements pour vous. En ce qui concerne la croissance des racines nues, cela n'affectera pas la plantation ou la croissance. Very poor quality perennials, six of which have no new growth at all and are unlikely to grow. The rest of the perennials were not good either but have some new growth and might live. Two lots of bulbs I received seem ok.
