Bulbs arrived ok. Nice and healthy. A canna had some rot at one end and was replaced without any issues. Very happy with products and service.A+++

Very disappointed, out of the £36 worth of plants I received 2 hollyhocks, 1 lupin and I other plant were viable. Time will tell if these remnants flourish but not hopeful

Very disappointed with the Begonia tubes you sent me . Out of 36 , 12 were of a good size , 24 were very small , I contacted your customer service only to be told send photo , I had already planted them . I won’t be buying from Farmer Grace again , it’s Farmer Disgrace for me .🤮

excellent service.... and the live tumblers shooting ,growing well.... still need to plant bulbs but weather like winter windy weather still here.... unusual.... service excellent as deferred delivery until April. the giant lily's 2mtrs high possible ...are immediately thriving....

I ordered about 5 Alstromarias from you. They arrived safely. Thank you. Only 3 have come up. I potted them up in my big plastic tunnel. One is coming up with a completely different leaf - def not an alstromaria!! I’m gardening all my life. I’m early 70’s now. Love to hear from you. Disappointed

I’ve had good plants from them previously, sometimes they don’t grow, sometimes they do, their bulbs are good, but my recent plant order was dreadful. The delivery company they use (evri) didn’t deliver until a week later than they should have done & when it arrived the plants were in a shocking condition. Farmer Gracy has told me that I shouldn’t worry, because bare root plants always look poor when you receive them, but I’m sure they shouldn’t actually be rotten. Time will tell, but the fact that the roots & shoots are both dead probably indicates that they’re not going to grow.

Unfortunately I have had two plants that I bought and were delivered in march which have not survived I will be very careful in which plants I purchase in future

Esperienza pessima.nonostante le mie ripetute rimostranze non c’è stata da parte vs. alcuna intenzione a comprendere e risolvere la problematica che vi ho sottoposto. Come vi ho ripetutamente comunicato ho ricevuto 18 piccole piantine di rose tutte praticamente morte. Da parte vs. non c’è stata alcuna volontà ad assumervi la responsabilità del prodotto difettoso ma solo delle risposte stupide ed inconcludenti. Avete perso un cliente che sicuramente non vi farà una buona pubblicità.

From my two recent orders. .The Ranunculus were good quality and have all sprouted successfully. I had ordered a batch of 3 bare root Echinacea plants..however there were only two in the bag, and unfortunately one was rotten. I tried to grow it on but no success. I planted the bare root Delphinium, however again it felt quite rotten on arrival, but attempted to grow it. But after a few weeks I could see it was mouldy. The rest of the order has all started growing successfully.
