“Bought the Thurso watch for my wife's birthday present. It arrived really quickly and looks just as good on the wrist as in the pictures. Quality seems superb, particularly at this price point. I had a very slight issue with the carry case which came with the watch. Jade in customer services sorted this for me within a couple of emails - great personal service. I'm sure this won't be the last one I'll be buying.”

“I've had the pleasure of visiting Farer in person, which resulted in a purchase (!), and buying from them online, the first time I've ever done this with a watch. Their return process provides peace of mind on this score. The shipping process for my most recent purchase (London Tonneau) was faultless. The watch was dispatched on exactly the stated day and arrived neatly and safely packaged. The packaging itself is great, very pleasant but not overdone which is fine in an age when we should be concerned about what we make, how we use it, and what we throw away. As for the watch itself...I love it! At its price point, the attention to detail and finishing is exactly on-point. The design is typically Farer. That is to say, it has a degree of individuality to it, great use of colour and details that reveal themselves which would not be apparent to the casual observer. It's had plenty of wrist time so far, and will get plenty more. I'd also like a mesh bracelet for it when they're back in stock!!! So, thanks again for a seamless buying experience!”

“I received my new "London" Tonneau a couple of days ago ( the correct pre order date which does not always happen.. ), what can I say....hesitant that the case maybe to big on my wrist ( 6.5" ) it fits much smaller than I thought, the dial detail is amazing. I am sure this wont be my last Farer.”

“I ordered the new Tonneau Milan watch and received a simple order confirmation via email. As the planned shipping date approached I wanted to coordinate the delivery since the watch is a gift. I contacted the Farer team via email (although I would prefer to have been able to speak with someone !) and thankfully they were able to accommodate my timing request. However, on the day of delivery, I did not receive proactive notification and tracking details for the delivery either from Farer or Royal Mail. The contact at Farer told me this should have happened automatically - to which I completely agreed - but it did not. Something on the Farer process did not happen as it should. This was disappointing and required me again to contact Farer via email. The watch arrived on time but these important shipment details should have been avoided and have impacted negatively my impression of Farer. The process has been functional and transactional - but a missed opportunity to build a relationship with a new customer, meaning I am unlikely to buy another watch from Farer.”

“The Mansfield is but another example of Farer's ability to produce watches that combine build quality with imaginative design. Their watches ooze understated class and sophistication , sadly lacking in a number of major brands that churn out anodyne retreads.I also own the Stanhope which is also highly recommended. Farer are producing superb value for money , long may they continue.”

“Farer Lomond, blue face. This is a perfect everyday watch for me. I use the metal bracelet the most, very high quality. My only comment I wish the edges were a tiny bit smoother. The other straps are nice too, for a skinny wrist the metal one is best.”

“Brilliant company, the watch I purchased is possibly my favourite watch I've ever bought, it is extremely well made, and with the effort that has gone into designing and producing it you are definitely getting more than your money's worth. A query I had about the watch before purchase was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, which was appreciated, and the delivery on the watch was very fast too. All in all I would recommend Farer to anyone.”

“Love my new Resolute II. Took a long time for it to come back into stock but I'm glad I waited. The crisp white dial is super simple and I can wear it anywhere. A 20mm lug width means I can change out the straps super easily which I'm keen to experiment with.”

“I don’t often write reviews however felt compelled to following receiving the bracelet for my Stanhope watch. I wasn’t too keen on the leather strap it initially came on, so I switched it out for a strap tailor strap as the watch itself is lovely. As soon as I saw the link bracelet became available, I didn’t think twice and bought it on the spot. Received the following day, I stuck it straight on the watch and was immediately taken back by how comfortable and stunning it’s made my watch look. The added convenience of the quick removal spring bars is a very nice touch also. It may not see as much wrist time as a couple of the other pieces I own but slipping it on for a day or two, now and then, truly is a delight. Really over the moon with this purchase.”
