“Ribbons were good quality. There was a problem with delivery. Fantastic Ribbons advised they had been affected by Post Strikes so apologised and sent a replacement first class with no quibble. The original order did arrive the next day so the replacement was cancelled. Would be happy to use them again.”

“I was sent a ribbon that I didn’t order because the one I ordered was out of stock , however this is not a ribbon I would have chosen. I called the number on the receipt & spoke to a lovely man who straight away offered me a refund- I chose not to accept the refund as I know the company is trying its best, but I did suggest contacting the customer & offering an alternative rather than just sending them something different! I will use this company again in the future, because of the normal choice on offer & the good service”

“i was very pleased with the quick delivery and no problems with order. i do wreaths every Xmas and usually use red ribbon and gold ribbon. i was pleased to find the ribbon i ordered as it was red on one side and gold on the other, saves buying two separate colours.”

“Firstly I have always had excellent service from fantastic ribbons. Their name says it all. The ribbons are very good qaulity and you get plenty for your money. I cannot fault them in any way. The only trouble you may have, like me you can't stop buying and then you run out of room. All I can say is that I would not buy everything from anywhere else.”
