“I never did get to see my purchase. The carrier made it impossible to retrieve my package. Despite all my attempts it is now on its way back to Falcon Ware.”

“The 'perfectly imperfect' jug I bought was a disappointment. I am perfectly aware of, and a fan of, the concept of wabi sabi: the concept of the transience and impermanence of life. The jug I received went a bit beyond 'imperfect' and simply looks damaged. I had hoped to give that jug as a gift. I have kept it for myself. Sadly, it now lives in the closet.”

“The pitcher appears to be of excellent quality and it is beautiful. However the picture on the website conveys an unmistakable red collar as does the color name “pillarbox red”. But the product which arrived was orange, which was disappointing because my wife does not like orange and it cost around $25USD to ship to the United States and arrived just prior to Christmas … so I had to give it to someone else rather than return it given the shipping cost of returning and shipping another pitcher. I don’t leave negative reviews publicly, but I do believe in providing the honest feedback to a small business where my expectations were not quite met. Thank you for listening, it is a very nice pitcher.”

“I ordered 2 3-Pint Jugs. Unfortunately one of the jugs had a chip on the rim. I reached out on 22 December 2023 and am waiting to hear back. They are quite pretty, just want one that is not chipped.”

“Love the colors but both arrived with huge chunks of missing paint. Explained to Falcon that nothing indicated shipping damage (no paint chips in box) but they still blamed shipping in canned response. Obviously was sent out damaged but they didn't own up to that or didn't bother reading emails. Would love to order more, but will not, based on poor response from Falcon.”

“I saw the Pitcher listed on NYT's best gifts list! We were looking for a simple and elegant pitcher to hold water for our coffee maker that we could leave on the counter by our coffee nook and wouldn't be an eyesore. This pitcher is absolutely lovely and very well crafted, it's a real piece of artwork! It cleans easily and looks great! FYI I also used it for Christmas Egg Nog!”

“You put 'Oyster Gray' on the shipping documentation and the products I bought, and paid expedited delivery for, are still in Customs Delay. They were sent to 'live animal control' because of the 'Oyster' notation on the documentation. AND, you have been impossible to reach to help resolve this.”

“I ordered two 3 pint pitchers (different colors) - they are beautiful. I am using the one I kept as a flower vase currently. I just wish the pitchers came in a much larger size, perhaps 8 pints?”
