“I had no idea what floor would be suitable for my conservatory so I called up and received great advice. They sent me links and help emails to enable me to choose the right product. From ordering right through to delivery, the whole process was efficient, friendly and informative. The flooring was delivered exactly when requested by a friendly courier that u loaded a pallet directly into my garage space. The flooring was exactly what we wanted and was really solid quality according to our carpenter. 10/10 - I will not hesitate to buy from you again.”

“Floor is gorgeous. Love the patterns and thickness. Only reason I gave four star instead of five is that I booked in a time I would collect it. Got there and had to wait nearly 45minutes for it to be cut. Took me nearly an hour to drive there so was really annoying. Other than that, good experience.”

“Delivery was speedy, flooring was easy to fit with virtually no waste. The floor looks amazing now it's laid. Very happy 😁 The only downside was we measured carefully and ordered the recommended amount and were short by three planks. Then had to find the same flooring elsewhere as it was out of stock. This is no ones fault, these things happen. We got it sorted in the end.”

“First time I have used their service and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service I received. Ordering products online was straightforward and easy, Samples were received very quickly and of a suitable size to make a decision on which product and style to chose. I arranged a specific day for delivery and it was delivered to my driveway and driver was prepared to assist me in taking the tolls inside my home, which I declined as I could manage. I laid the flooring myself and I have to say I made an excellent job of it and it looks superb, excellent quality. I would certainly recommend Factory Direct products and service.”

“The whole ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick too, the delivery guy was very courteous and carried the rolls of vinyl to the inside of my parents house, very helpful. The vinyl looks very nice and was relatively easy to lay. I would buy from Factory Direct Flooring again, straightforward ordering and regular updates regarding delivery. My picture shows the flooring in my utility room which is almost finished. I bought the same pattern for a new room which will be a second toilet in the house, work still in progress.”
