Flooring was fine, but no longer needed it, returns policy is rubbish, legal minimum. You have to organise your own courier to a depo in the midlands. It was suggested by a phone operator, that it would be easier if I sell it myself on eBay, which I did but could have done without the hassle. Wouldn’t have complained but have been spammed multiple times asking for a review. So here you have it!!!

Whilst your are competitive and the products are comparative if not the same, I am afraid to say the whole thing is let down by dismal delivery. You are audacious enough to be asking for feedback on my recent order which you are yet to dispatch and I am yet to receive. I am unfortunately a regular customer, and I must to tell you , your service sucks. I am constantly chasing for updates on my orders and receiving promises ending in more chasing. Very disappointing. I am sure you get the picture by now.

Sadly I didn’t have a very good experience with this company and my order was not fulfilled, have only awarded them 2 stars which is for the prompt refund. I placed an ordered asking for delivery 2 weeks later as wasn’t ready for the flooring. Following this I received an email saying there is a 7-10 day delay to which I replied I don’t need it for two weeks so I assume this doesn’t effect me please advise if it does. Didn’t hear anything so I assumed all was ok. At the point of requested delivery date I didn’t receive any notification of delivery times so called them only to be told my flooring was delayed a week but they hadn’t informed me. So long story short - rubbish communication, ordered elsewhere, got refund.

Hi Steve, Thank for the comments, unfortunately some deliveries that are offshore have been delayed. We do chase the couriers, but their communcation is a little slower than normal. Apologies for the delay, we have highlighted this to the courier in the hope that they will imporve the delivery service to your area.

Product was delivered to the wrong house and no contact with delivery driver at the drop off. Walking the items down my road to the correct house was not ideal.

I’m afraid I could not order your flooring as I found your delivery price was too expensive which made the flooring double in price in fact it was almost there same price as the flooring would have cost me

Rather pointless asking for a review of products which I have not yet received, and unlikely to do so for several more weeks. Would be more appropriate to ask for a review AFTER the goods have been received.

Phoned and emailed on expected day of delivery to make sure it was still coming. Advised that it was out for delivery and did not turn up!!

Had to pay for my samples, but every other flooring companies I've ordered from were free, well I've only ordered from 3, but they were free, so I think you maybe need to look into that, as you're all ready on the back foot, but the positive were that the website was very practical and easy to use.

I received an email asking to review my experience hoping that I’m enjoying my new product. Only issue is, I’m yet to receive it. My delivery on the 14th of December never showed up, when I contacted customer service they told me they didn’t know where my flooring was or when it would be arriving into their depo ready to be delivered to me. It’s now a week after my original delivery date and I’m still none the wiser as to when my flooring will arrive. Customer service don’t apologise or even attempt to resolve your issues they just offer to cancel your order for you

Hi Roseanna Sorry to hear you aren't happy with the service you have received. I can see my colleague advised you on the date you ordered of the stock delay for 2 out of the 6 items you ordered. we are expecting to see this stock within the next couple of weeks as advised yesterday. Unfortunately due to the current climate, it is taking longer to get stock in and we are trying to keep our customers updated as soon as we know more. I can also see my colleague spoke to you yesterday and offered delivery of the 4 items from tomorrow onwards and is waiting for a call back from yourself. Please call in to advise whether you still wanted to arrange delivery of the items available. Again as advised we can look at alternative options/colours which are available for immediate dispatch. Delivery of my flooring didn't turn up when expected with no communication of when it will arrive. How am I suppose to arrange for someone to be home when it does arrive.

Hi Jane, Thanks for your review, as per our telephone conversation, Tuffnells have marked this down as delivered, obviously in error. We are chasing this for you, as it was marked as delivered, we wouldn't have known anything about this until you called to advise you hadn't received it.
