Hi there, I started to lay my flooring and the tolerances of the boards are out. I am 1-2mm out and continually having to swap out boards to find one that fits, could this be a faulty batch? It looks like these boards were manufactured in 2009 which is worrying. If they have been manufactured in 2009 can you guarantee that they have all been stored in the same environment this entire time? I look forward to your reply. Regards, Ryan

Absolutely nightmare. Rude customer services. His name was Jack and he wont just listen and carry on talking. They first missed the delivery and we had to pay the fitters £100 for cancellation. When they delivered they missed the item and because of that we again had to pay £100 fitters for coming back. No compensation offered, only offered to refund delivery fee which was only £39.

Helpful when I had to delay order, but then waited in all day for delivery, could not give a reason for that, promised for next day, waited in all day again, told them I wanted a time slot for delivery or I would cancel, told that time slot not possible, so I cancelled and went elsewhere. Their delivery was quick an well inside their time slot. I have received a refund, thank you, but I cannot and will not recommend DF Ltd. Perhaps you should consider another delivery option!

The laminate did not match the beading when it was supposed to have been colour matched.

It is a little unfair to rate you so low. It's not the company itself, its who you chose to do the delivery. A van turned up - But had no package for us inside. The Guys didn't really seem phased in admitting they'd left the package behind as it couldn't fit (But somehow didn't think to modify their route, so, in a first, a van turned up for no reason and left!) Subsequent chasing by your end (Thank you, by the way) lead to vague promises of 'next day' Followed by a 'Your package was delivered successfully' update *Spoiler - It wasn't - The 'proof' was a random signature from a stranger! (*Hell, Yvonne - Whoever you are. Hope you're enjoying our flooring btw) Now a week on from the 'next day' delivery, you have arranged a re-shipment (Thank you, again) This is neither what we really wanted nor is it cost-effective or good for business for you! Would love to give you an idea of what my flooring is like. That'll be much easier, when I can actually see it! Hope you rethink your supply chain choices *all following questions in past tense so difficult giving honest answers, sorry!

Whilst the online facility to order samples is very effective and the product prices are competetive, this company is not customer centric at all ! Delivery charges are extremely high if you have to choose a specific date and even more costly on a Saturday. We ordered online with option available to deliver Good Friday. We called a few days days before delivery to get an approx. time frame and we’re told to phone back on the Friday. Bearing in mind the delivery is curb drop only on pallets so my husband took the day off work to offload when we called for a time frame to be told there was an error on the website and no delivery was coming. ! On calling them there was no consideration or empathy. I was told an email had been sent about the delivery issue which I later traced into my spam mail. I was told I would have to wait until the Wednesday which we couldn’t do due to work or we could have it the Saturday and pay extra which meant no bedroom floor for another week and extra cost ! The only other option they gave me was to cancel the order ! Obviously I did not feel considered listened to or valued as a customer in anyway. They were very happy to refund rather than deliver on the Saturday for no extra cost. We had already paid extra for a designated day delivery. I am glad we cancelled as I feel if there had been an after sales issue there would have been no support at all ! I did advise I would not advocate and would write a negative review but they were not bothered so this is a transparent and honest account of my experience with them

I ordered vinyl flooring. When I emailed to change delivery date. Reply was my order was cancelled. Money was taken by yourselves but phone call issue was it was cancelled. Contacted my bank who sorted this matter out as you eventually paid back my money. Left me stressful and would have left me losing my payment if bank did not sort it out

Although customer service very good its unfortunate that I can't say the same about the product. It came damaged but had to be put down as had to complete project in order to open my business. The laughable thing about it is on the outside of the packaging it says refuse order if damaged, you don't have a chance to unwrap, unroll and examine as delivery driver dumps delivery and goes. Not very impressed to be fair.

Hello I have just got round to fitting the flooring however please find the photo attached. This has been taken straight off the roll and it is right across. I have had to fit it as it would hold up every other job. Please advise what you can do about this obvious flaw in the product

The products have arrived damaged due to a lack of care from the delivery company and inadequate packaging and protection from the supplier. Support was useless as they insisted on returning the item fully before making any replacement switch, which did not work with our event timeline. Buy cheap, buy twice. More fool me.

I loved this floor and have bought it repeatedly over 7 years. The first lot was like a flexible rubber and is still on my Airbnb rental and is extremely hard wearing. Over the years it has become more brittle and I have had to replace the last few laid down as they have chipped inbetween joins (in my own hallway- which has been down 3 months!! and in 4 different places in 2 other properties) I would no longer get this as it is too brittle and breaks so easily. Go for a different product as it is more likely to last.
