“Dreadful. Perhaps the worst experience I have had in the last five years.”

“I stayed in all day it did not turn up. I had rung to make sure it was on its way and they said yes it was. I phoned up and left a message to ring me the following day No phone call. It turned up this morning at 10.30. No notice so it was lucky I was in. It is ridiculous that you can not give AM or PM I run a business and to stay in all day is hard and then to find my day was wasted is very annoying and had I not been here this morning and missed the delivery to say you will charge again. I suggest you get a better delivery company that you get a tracking number and are able to track the parcel Then he drops at the gate. Could not be bothered to drive up the driveway. I am yet to get up from the gate as to carry Mrs Christina Wilkinson”

“Hi, Samples arrived really quickly and looked great. Unfortunately the actual product was out of stock, so i had to buy the 13 packs elsewhere. Maybe you should warn potential customers that although you have samples you can't actually provide the products. Thanks Simon”

“Terrible. Order not even arrived, now at 3 days late. No explanation. Spent hundreds of pounds and my granddaughter has kindly stayed in for the delivery now on the third day. Courier advised delivery has now arrived at their depo but no word on when it’ll arrive. A very kind person fromFDF, Karl, has been trying to help me but he’s frustrated to.”

“My order was damaged by carrier. I asked the replacement of laminate flooring. Even though the staff wrote that colleague is on the process of sending replacement, I haven’t received a replacement for 5 days. So I had to contact again.”

“Order didn’t arrive the day I selected for delivery, even after ringing on the day to check it will be delivered and told it was out for delivery for it to never show up. To then follow up the next day to see where my order is to be told then they couldn’t locate it, Really poor customer service as no one seemed to care that my order was missing. Then when requesting a refund which can’t be processed untill they track my order So I’ve gone to a more reliable company who delivered & fitted my flooring the same day! But still out of pocket from this company as my refund hasn’t yet been sorted!”

“Do not use this company! I ordered flooring from them and they did not deliver as arranged. They then charged me £51, almost double the original delivery fee paid, for "redelivery" - and threatened to deduct over £100 from any refund if I refused. The flooring delivered was of such poor quality and so uneven my builders could not use it. They are now refusing to take it back. AVOID!!!!”

Dear Hannah Oleary, Thanks for your review. We did attempt the delivery as arranged, Ourselves and the delivery driver tried calling the contact number on the order @ 16:10 on the day of delivery when attempting delivery, no answer, this caused the delivery to fail and a re delivery charge was taken. If goods have to be returned by the courier as no one was there to accept them, yes a charge is applicable as per the terms and conditions of purchase, We have also not refused to take the items back, we have advised you are free to return them within 30 days, we have also discussed replacing some of the items if required, the quality issue you mention isn't present in our stock and based on the photos you have provided, this shouldn't prevent the product from being fitted.

“Awful customer service. Waited all yesterday and no delivery came. They claimed it had been lost. Promised me a redelivery today and I've waited all morning. They claimed to have delivered even though I've been sat here waiting all day. No not order from here!”
