Delay with receiving products with no explanation from yourself. I have sent you an email with no result. Such a poor service, I will not use your company again and would urge others not to do so.

Order arrived correctly and on time. I used the products as direct and within a few hours my face had swollen really badly and was blistered and burnt. I emailed to let them know what had happened, including pictures and i am yet to receive a response, 6 days later. Happy to take your money but not interested when you have a problem!! Very disappointing

Didnt receive order after being placed from 17th Feb - called, left messages and emailed MULTIPLE times with no response. looking to claim money back and inform trading standards.. who knows this review might prompt a response!? Poor show from face the future DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Evri is not delivering my parcel and the tracking has stopped updating since last Thursday. Emailed customer service on Monday to ask what is going on and they told me to wait until Wednesday, then I did and emailed again and again on Wednesday and yesterday but ever since the customer service team just doesn't reply anymore. I will have to ring my bank to raise a claim.

The expiry of the product I have received in February 2023 was February 2023 which doesn't make sense. I wasn't advised about that extremely short expiry before shipment which is not great service in my opinion.

I ordered goods on the 25th Jan. and eventually got a refund on the 28th Feb. I had to make numerous phone calls/emails. Not a good service. I understand that you may have issues with delivery. Having read other reviews you always blame the Post Office. Perhaps it's time you changed your delivery company, or sort out your packing department. This is losing you business as I for one will not be placing any further orders.

Recieved half my order, messaged them four times to have get a reply back saying they will reply to me soon within the time scale stated of 24 hours, 144 hours later, still no reply, out of pocket for an item of a value of nearly £100 absolutely disgusting customer service

Was really excited to receive the survival edit but saw that the allies of skin cream expires 09/08/2023, less than 6 months away (closer to five months). Contacted face the future who said they can’t do anything about it and advised that it’s still safe to use for 9 months after opening which I will not be doing as there are actives in this moisturiser such as antioxidants etc that shouldn’t be used passed an expiry date. Face the future customer service have reduced to send a replacement and said the only course of action would be to return. Oh and just to note, the allies of skin cream was in their 2022 edit and that one had an expiry date of 2024. It’s obvious they are trying to get rid of old stock to old customers. Had the expiry date have been visibly advertised I would have been able to make an informed decision as to whether to have purchased the edit. Also I can see influencers on Instagram rave about this edit yet no one has mentioned the expiry dates. I have spoken to a few people who have the same edit who have the same product due to expire in august 2023. Do better face the future, this is unacceptable for paying customers.

It has been more than 15 days since I placed my order. I cannot get any response from the shop. I have been a faithful customer for the last few years. I'm not sure what has happened but I'd really like to know the status of my 2 pending shipments.

We can see that you have reached out to our Customer Service team directly on the 28th February. The team are aiming to respond to all queries within 1-3 working days, however we can provide a further update here for you instead. From looking into the order itself, we can see that it was placed on the 10th February, being shipped shortly after on the 14th February. At checkout, our £14.99 International Shipping option was selected, which can take between 3-17 working days to arrive. We can now see your order has successfully progressed via Royal Mail and has arrived at the destination country. We'd recommend accessing the tracking information again, for any further updates. Good Morning, We can see that the original 3 orders placed were in fact in breach of our Terms & Conditions. Due to this, these were shipped as one, to ensure you were still able to receive your original purchases. 'Any promotions for a free gift are strictly available on a basis of 1 per customer / household. Free gift promotions are strictly subject to availability. FTF reserve the right to send an alternative product of equivalent or greater value, should the advertised gift be unavailable for any reason (e.g. out of stock). Please also note, aerosols can not be sent outside the UK, therefore should any promotion packs include an aerosol, this will not be included.'
