Would love to have the chance to use the product however it was missing from my parcel. Upon arrival the items damaged box was in my parcel however the item was missing. Face the future say the item was packed so nothing they can do. Paid almost £70 for an item I haven't received. Very upset and won't be using this company again, will stick with CB.

I’m very disappointed that the free next day delivery that I have had with FTF for many years has now been removed. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 and have spent many thousands of pounds with you. I ordered last Friday for a holiday this Friday and have still not received my order. I am now going to be going away without adequate spf. This is an appalling service when spending such a large amount of money and I can not over emphasise my disappointment. Expectations run high when cosmetics are of this value and this company provided first class service to match its high end products for 16 years, what has changed? Please don’t tell me that I could have paid for express delivery as this is not the point.

Hello Amanda, We can see from you recent order, our 2 - 7 working day shipping option was selected at checkout. We can see that this was placed on the 16th June and dispatched that day. This was then delivered this morning at 9:15am. With this in mind, your order was received within 4 working days. Please also be aware that we do not offer next day delivery. Really unhappy. I buy a lot from face future. Offere discount new16 on my last purchase. Realised too late it had not taken discount off. Rang team told them. They said discount for new customers, which was not clear at all. Could have bought product cheaper elsewhere. Please market your discounts more clearly. Georgina ogilvie

My order arrived damaged. The cleansing gel bottle was open and it emptied throughout the parcel. I have informed you of this, answered a questionnaire and sent photos. You have sent a second questionnaire. I’ve answered it but I’m getting exasperated!

This time it is a disappointing experience. EVRI has lost my parcel, it was not my fault, but now I have to wait for 28 days while you have been investigating the incident. And you don't know if I could receive my money back. I wouldn't recommend your shop anymore

The customer service is really poor and staff are unhelpful. They tried to charge me for redelivery when my parcel didn’t arrive and have refused to refund me until they receive the product back. The cost of redelivery was petty compared to the amount of the product and any good company would have just apologised and redelivered for free using a more reliable delivery service. I won’t be using face the future again and would warn others not to do so also.

I Bought SkinCeuticals, C E Ferulic , for £119 . It smells foul and the colour is the wrong colour, it should be bright yellow, instead, it is almost transparent. I had bought CE FERLUIC many times before and never it looked and smelled like this. It appears that it has obviously gone off. Very disappointed with Face The Future. Hoping I'll get a refund.

Because you use the courier Evri, unlikely to use you again. Diverted parcel to parcel shop, received confirmation from Evri regarding the change but next day Evri sent message to say couldn’t deliver my parcel as no-one was in! No way of contacting Evri and parcel still not delivered anywhere. Courier company is important factor for me when ordering goods.

Shame you can’t give 0 stars, the customer service from this place is terrible and very argumentative. I ordered sunscreen for children which their website very clearly shows UVA and UBA protection, however what I received only shows UVA protection, I contacted them and they ignored my request to send them back and get a refund, instead they said thank you for being this to our attention and that I need to peel back the label on the back of the bottle to see UVA/B protection!!! This writing is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to see it! I requested a refund again which they eventually agreed to but refunded me £3.90 less than what I had paid for the products, they say it’s because the items are not faulty - I say the products are not as described and if I was in a shop I would not be peeling back labels, I’d expect the UVA and UVB protection to be on the front of the bottle as per their website, since it is extremely important information particularly for the skin care of children! Here’s to a PayPal dispute, honestly if I was you I’d shop somewhere else, I’ve spent over £500 with them in the last couple of months and this is how I’m repaid - rude customer service who take your money.

Due to this, and in line with our Terms and Conditions, the InPost charges incurred are non refundable, which is why a deduction of £3.90 took place: https://www.facethefuture.co.uk/pages/returns 'No printing required at home or when you drop off your return. Just scan. Drop. Done. The cost to return via InPost is £3.90 and this will be deducted from your refund when your return arrives at Face the Future.' I ordered this product 15 days ago the delivery company stated that they were awaiting the package ..since then ,I've had two requests for reviews despite my emails stating the non arrival of the product ! what can I say ? Very poor customer service , won't be shopping with them again

I didn't receive my parcel they said deliver to wrong address deliver to house number 8 but they didn't receive in the picture deliver in white house and number 8 is brown house it's really disappointing me I need my refunds please
