“Had the pleasure of experiencing the professional service offered by Underwood eye care in Ferndown. I require varifocal glasses and have used lesser quality companies in the past. The difference is staggering. My new glasses are superb in every way. The optician was very thorough tacking the time to find the perfect prescription for me. The dispensing optician was equally talented patiently and carefully setting up my near and far varifocal prescription to work optimally with my new frames. The end result of all of this precision and craft are a pair of the best glasses I have ever worn. Superb work from all concerned. Thank you!”

“Having recently moved into Ferndown I was unsure of which optician’s to use for my son. He then happened to break his only pair of glasses on Wednesday afternoon so Thursday morning I decided to try Underwood eyecare. Wow, from the moment we walked in the service was excellent, Tracy got us an appointment that day. The optician was brilliant and took time with my son being a new patient. When choosing his glasses Tracy was fab, taking time to talk to my son to make sure he was happy, nothing was a problem. We were told 7-10 days for his glasses to come in but Tracy said she would try and work her magic as my son now had electrical tape to hold his glasses together. The next day we received a phone call to say they were in less than 24hrs! I can not recommend this optician’s enough, incredible friendly service.”

“Thank goodness for Eye Academy. I had a very painful, sore eye and was seen straight away by The Eye Academy who diagnosed my condition instantly and gave me treatment. I was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer on my eye. I was very impressed by the service and knowledge of all the staff members who instantly put me at ease, particularly as I was worried about my eye health. They went on to assist me with a prescription and even administered the antibiotics onsite. I cannot wear contact lenses now for 4 weeks so the staff helped me choose a pair of prescription sunglasses and had them expressed in time for my holiday. The staff went above and beyond to advise and help me. I would highly recommend The Eye Academy. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. 5 star in every way.”
