“Searched for Rug on many sites and indeed ordered and paid for it only to be told ' not in stock' = happened with two different companies! Claire at Express Rugs only one who explained manufacturer no longer existed so no one would have it, she spent great deal of time using her contacts and knowledge to find something similar. In the end cheaper than elsewhere and delivered next day! Knowledgeable and honest seems to be rare quality?”

I phoned to place the order, as living on a Scottish offshore island means postage is often an issue (expensive) and the website did not give an indication of how much it would be. It was very reasonable - only an additional (£9 something) to deliver a heavy, large rug here. Claire was lovely to deal with on the phone. There was a delay in delivery and she chased it up for us - great communication by email. We have moved into a new house and will need more rugs. We will certainly use this company again Thank you”
