“Ordered items for an event and didn't turn up on time. I ordered the Event Kit however got sent Event Kit 2 which had the literature stand missing, the product descriptions need evaluating on the website if there is confusion between the product description names. The prices on the website were also inaccurate which caused a lot of confusion. Got the missing item resent out and it didn't arrive in time for the event even though I asked for this to be on a pre 10am service. The account manager wasn't very helpful or polite. It was our first time ordering with this company, but I will not be ordering from this company again everything from ordering, customer service to delivery was terrible.”

“Second time using EED again a personal service, working to a very tight deadline as last minute exhibition by one of our very big clients due to the problems over the past year around the world. Arrived as scheduled in perfect condition and the graphics look great as always”

“This is the second time we have used Express Exhibition Displays for our banners and both times we have had pretty tight deadlines to meet, but on each occasion the team were very helpful throughout the whole process and our banners were delivered in time. The finished products are of a very high standard and the carry cases are also substantial. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly and everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful. We already know what we will be ordering for our next exhibition. Thank you EED.”

“I am very disappointed with the service and communication we received from you. I would like to discuss a refund or credit for our purchase. Despite ordering with you on the 1st September and assurances of our display package arriving on time - we missed the set up time and had a stand at a major conference / exhibition with no stand. The event cost us thousands of pounds to attend. We had a plan B in case you weren't able to deliver however was advised it would be ready for collection in time but it wasn't so we also lost our Plan B. Very disappointed customer.”

“Terrible communication - phones not answered, on-line chat ignored and emails only occasionally responded to. Proof not approved but the cloth I ordered was still sent. Very disappointed and the item needs to be returned. The event we ordered it for has been and gone.”

“I hadn't used Express Exhibition Displays before this order - I found them through google search, and after looking at reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of our printed banners is much higher than anticipated, and the frame itself looks sturdy and a great fit for the job. All in all, we are delighted with the speedy delivery and quality of the products we've received. My only issue was a delay in getting the artwork across via the website, but Gareth was very helpful and got things moving quickly after the issue was resolved. Overall, I am thrilled with the service, and we will definitely use these guys again.”
