“A bit confused over "pre existing " conditions,if you have been on prescribed medication for 10 years plus to prevent things and you had a non recurring problem 10 years ago,how does it fit in??”

“The product seems fine and easy to buy. What is less good is the constant spam emails after. The "stop emails' message implies ETI will never email again, so I didn't choose that in case they need to update me ref my specific policy. When I emailed about it... no reply”

“This is difficult as the review would only really be possible if the policy was activated and needed as a result of an adverse event. On the surface this seems to cover the necessary adverse events that I may encounter during travelling in a foreign country.”

“You only know how good your insurance is when you make a claim. However buying the policy was quick and easy and it seems to have everything I need.”
