Absolutely dreadful , our local branch is like a creche . The staff look totally fed up and would rather be anywhere else. We saw our daughter left for long periods sitting at a computer screen with no one checking her. We were informed that she was working a year behind in English despite attending for 6 months Explore for 6 months !??. No plans were put in place to help them bring her back up to level. Serious safeguarding concerns, they don't even know who your child is when you go to pick them up .

Absolutely dreadful! Every week there’s a different issue logging in, every week when we do manage to log in we find the tutor hasn’t turned up. I call and call and call and they never answer. I can’t even get through to Explore Learning to cancel the lessons completely. They also don’t reply to messages left on their answer machine. My daughter hasn’t had a lesson for a month due to their technology failures yet they still charge me. They change the tutor every week and some tutors have a poor grasp of English grammar when they speak. Some tutors purposely don’t show their face, which is very strange and creepy.

Just finished 11+ so in retrospect: We used explore Learning for maybe 2 months online in our early learning stage in summer. It is definitely not worth the money. The resources are confusing and not the level you need for 11+. The teacher we had was lovely, but they strictly have to follow a book so even individual classes are not tailored to your kids needs. Definitely not worth the money. Research- there are much better and cheaper online resources.

Very disappointed by the service provided. I contacted them to get support for my son 11+ preparation. We changed 4 tutors in less than 4 months. Books, which we paid for upfront, were delivered late and partially. Communication was also awful. They swapped tutors at the last minute without even informimg us. We lost money and time.
