“I bought 2 Axalotls but only one arrived, once I rang and spoke to them, they apologised and quickly got the second one sent out. Both arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and I was given a time slot the day before. Communication has been excellent throughout and I will use again in the future”

“Delivery was fast however when I revived the item there were multiple chips in the lid and in the top ar as of glass so wasn't very happy with this”

“The Delivery process was quick and easy however there was a very slight issue. Unfortunately, Our Vietnamese Stick insect lost one leg in transit, this sad for us as we can see him struggle when roaming.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was kept up to date with my order of an Ackie monitor step by step. Animal arrived in great condition was packed with a heat pad in a polystyrene box to make sure it stayed at a decent temperature. Couldnt ask for more. Very helpful with all my questions (and im a pain lol). Would highly recommend exotic pets if youre after anything from food to animals and equipment. Thank you ever so much. Ben”

“Everything was perfect and as seen on website there was an error my end with a post code they informed me very quickly and we got it sorted. All of the locust I ordered were alive and healthy. All I'm all I am very happy with the service and will be using exotic pets for all my live food needs from now on.”
