“We're really impressed with our hatchling boa, he came well packaged and has been extremely settled since arriving. Definitely been well looked after and handled well at the store. He's now had his first feed, and shed, and is really chilled. The customer service was second to none from start to finish all communications were prompt and they answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend exotic pets and we look forwards to dealing with them in the future.”

“Very pleased with the service and indeed the insects received from Exotic-Pets! All my queries were answered fully (phone and email) and Gemma was always helpful and knowledgeable. We had to wait for a while for our order to be posted because of the prolonged cold weather but it was nice to know that Exotic-Pets put animal welfare first. I was kept informed at all times of any changes and progress with our order. Fully recommend this company! Thank you!”

“Apart from the time of arrival for the cornsnake I ordered 6:30am no lie in on my day off lol the whole process was great good detail and advice. To top it of the delivery driver was brilliant he called when he arrived and I went out and met him outside as we live in a flat and didn't want him to make the extra effort climbing the stairs, glad I did as he was a older gent and had a nice chat with him as well so great service all around.”

“Very friendly customer service staff, you can tell they care deeply about the animals they sell. Had a problem with my order hence four stars, the snake kit I ordered was discontinued and I wasn’t notified till I emailed to ask for an update on my order Other than that minor issue a very caring and professional place to buy exotic animals, they will be my go to for exotic pets in the future”
