“Good selection of products. Good Black Friday discounts. My order got caught up in the post strike and they were speedy and responsive in answering my enquiry about this. Also helped with product advice when I asked. I'm a relatively new wet shaver and have already used them twice. One thing that would help would be a lower threshold than the £75 for free postage. More in line with one of their competitors would be better”

“Executive shaving products may in some cases cost a little more than I would usually spend. But they are great products and I have not yet been disappointed with any of my purchases.”

“This was the first time that I ordered from your company. I was well impressed as what I had ordered came a day earlier than expected. At this present time I haven't used the shaving blades that I ordered from you as I am still using the shaving blades that came with the safety razor that I bought. “Great customer service, after making an error on my order and sending an email I was worried once I got a e-mail the following morning that my order had shipped. Not long later I had their customer service call me to intercept and amend the order to replace the incorrect item with the correct item. Saved me lots of hassle. Items shipped extremely fast and delivery was just as quick.”
