Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. The pen is excelent, however the display box hinge was slightly damaged, either due to poor packaging or poor handling.

I ordered a pen set for a niece paid quickest post parcel wasn’t received then e mailed the company took another week and she got her pens in the end

The pens was a gift and was well received, however I paid for fast delivery and didn’t get fast delivery. I know we had a heatwave but all other delivery companies were working that day. Update: I have since received a refund for the fast delivery which is great customer service and shows reviews are important to the company. I will use them again!

Pen arrived great and was a loved present which writes really well. However, I ordered black ink to come with the pen and blue ink came. Not an issue but would have been better with the correct ink

Pen arrived very quickly and the recipient seemed very pleased with his gift. The only downside is the pen came with standard blue ink and had to order an extra cartridge of black.

Pen arrived very quickly and looks good. I haven’t used it as it is a gift. Only disappointment was that it did not come in the presentation box shown on the website. It came in a cheaper box.

Good quality pens & very nicely engraved. Easy ordering service. They would have arrived on time if they hadn’t been delayed by lack of staff at Royal Mail - we had to collect them from Sorting Office.

Ordered a packet of refills, they arrived well within the stated time, and represented very good value for money also genuine replacements were sent. Would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
