“On 8/12/23 my order for the 11 degrees cobalt hoodie size M was confirmed. Today my parcel arrived with a completely different colour to what I ordered. My Son's 18th Birthday is tomorrow & I do not even have the top i ordered!! This was my first time shopping with you & I'm very disappointed. I would like it replaced for what I ordered ASAP maybe I can at least give it to him gor Christmas.”
