The screen protector that arrived was incorrect, either the adhesive or the hold punch was on the wrong side. I contacted them. They asked for my phones SN #, which isn't relevant to which screen protector i ordered. I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to them and that there would be a restocking fee. “I have stood behind Rhinoshield for the past 10 yrs. I tend to drop my phone A LOT and time and time again the Solid Suit phone case with their screen protectors have saved my IPhone without so much as a scratch, so they are well worth the higher price tag. Once, I dropped my phone and it landed screen side down directly on top of a very large jagged rock while putt- putt golfing. The fall destroyed the screen protector, which had an impact hole in it, but after removing the damaged protector my phone screen was fine. The solid suit case has a shock absorbing waffle imprint inside its case. The case was almost perfect with just a very small scuff mark. I have no doubt my IPhone would have been destroyed if I hadn’t been using a Rhinoshield solid suit case and their 3D screen protector. I have dropped it numerous times directly on concrete and there has been zero damage to my phone, solid suit case and screen protector.
Recently, however, I upgraded my phone and when ordering my new Rhinoshield case and screen protector I ordered their Clear Case, not realizing it was not part of their solid suit line. I noticed it right away when I opened the product. I went back to the website which stated it offered ShockSpread LUX so I wanted to believed it was likely as protected as the Solid Suit. I was wrong! Just 12 days after installing the Clear Case it was knocked off a wooden night stand onto a carpeted floor and I was shocked to find a large dent in the clear case and an impact hole in the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector after the 2 foot fall. The phone had to have hit parts of the night stand on its way down. My phone wasn’t damaged but both new products were significantly damaged and now needed to be replaced. I contacted Rhinoshield and they promptly replied and offered to replace the case under their lifetime warranty. I just needed to pay for shipping. Keep in mind they are located out of Hong Kong so there is a time delay on communication. I inquired if I could change back to a solid suit case instead, clearly not pleased with the amount of damage to the case and protector after such a short fall. Sadly, I could not and I was only offered a 10% discount, which is nothing considering the cost of another new Rhinoshield case and screen protector, just 12 days after installation. In total the mistake cost me $115.43 which has put a sour taste in my mouth. Not noticing the Clear Case was not part of the Solid Suit line was clearly my error but since they cost about the same amount and it stated it was the same high quality material I wanted to believe the protection would be the same but it clearly is not. Even though customer service was prompt I do feel they could have given, at the very least, a decent percentage off the replacement case since it was a brand new case. Nothing crazy, perhaps 20%?? I would strongly suggest making sure you are purchasing from their Solid Suit line for maximum protection. We found the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector I purchased installed easier than the cheaper 3 D screen protector my husband and daughter purchased. Customer service is prompt but keep in mind there is a time difference when waiting for a reply. Shipping takes approximately 10-12 days since it’s shipping overseas unless you order off Amazon. Know Rhinoshield does offer a lifetime guarantee on their cases, however, if you’re not happy with the quality of the product even if it’s brand new it will cost you close to full price to change.”

“Disappointing Experience with Rinhoshield - A Must Avoid!
I recently placed an order on the Rinhoshield website, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered camera protectors for my iPhone 15 Pro on September 23, 2023. The installation went smoothly, but the product turned out to be defective, making it impossible to use the photo mode with the Macron option.
What followed was a series of frustrations with Rinhoshield's customer service. After reporting the issue, I was asked to pay shipping fees to obtain a replacement product, which I found completely inappropriate given the product's defectiveness. My requests for a free replacement were ignored, and I ultimately had to resort to Paypal's dispute resolution services to achieve satisfaction.
The replacement process took nearly two months, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the way the company seems to insinuate that I am responsible for the problem is simply shocking. This goes beyond simple customer dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, I strongly recommend avoiding this website. The company's attitude towards its customers is unacceptable, and it is advisable to seek more reliable and customer-friendly alternatives.”
“I purchased a personalised case from you but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Despite reaching out via email immediately to report the issue and request a refund, I was informed that only a replacement was possible. The replacement case would have taken another 2 weeks to arrive so I expressed that this was impractical for me as I needed a case to be able to use my new phone but all of my emails from then on had been ignored. I am truly disappointed in the customer service of this company and the quality of the cases that they send out is poor.”
“Bought a ZenFone 10 screen protector and they sent a (poorly disguised) ZenFone 9 one. They just put a new sticker over.
However, it is too small as the screen on the ZenFone 10 is slightly bigger. The quality looks nothing like advertised on RHINOSHIELD or Asus websites (not covering properly and not nice to use with android side gestures.)
Additionally, they made me pay for delivery on both ways even though they provided me with a product which is not as described, which is against UK law. I decided not to argue and let my credit company card deal with it.
Avoid! The "premium" shtick is a sham. Their customer service is unpleasant.”

The buttons can easily fall out of the case and because of that I am missing my power button and my upper volume button. You should only get one of there cases if you drop your phone A LOT.”

“I drop my phone very often so I wanted to buy a protective case to keep my phone safe. My Rhinoshield case did not do that.
The glass cracked, the bottom right of my screen's pixels died, my touchscreen was damaged, and all with the case still on the phone. I struggled to find a cute design (the artist collabs are the only really cute designs imo) and the matte finish picks up a lot more dust/dirt than cases I've had in the past.
The design was at least printed well, the delivery was quick enough, and was delivered in recyclable materials.
Would not recommend as a protective case (like it was advertised) but if you wanted an expensive decorative case it's serviceable enough.”
“After watching the impact screen protector video and after my wife bought one some time ago I expected to receive the same strong rigid plastic screen protector that is portrayed in their video. What I actually got was a flimsy piece of soft plastic that is clearly far cheaper and lower in quality.
After discovering this when the installation failed I reached out to customer service for a refund and I have been given a variety of excuses - one of which is that my curved edges requires a different product. However since my wife had a spare older rigid model that we cut to size and works just fine I find this answer suspicious. They are refusing the refund request and will only offer a free replacement which I do not want or need.
It appears they have reduced their quality after building up a good reputation. The marketing video still implies that all their impact screen protectors are a hard rigid plastic but what I received was very soft and flimsy.”
“iPhone 14 clear case - the rubber camera shield fell off and stretched within 1-2 months, and now one of the volume button covers has gone missing. I understand normal wear and tear, but I've had the case for only 6 months now. My previous case had similar issues but this mostly occurred after 2 years of ownership.

“I’ve been a fan for a few years but I’m a bit disappointed when I did finally make a purchase. The case is a nice fit for my new iPhone. But my main issue is that the camera ring pops out too easily. Most of the time it pops out when I put the phone into my pocket. It might sound like a small issue but when the camera ring is removed the IPhone camera lenses have no protection.”
