“If I could give less then one star I would their customer service has been awful I contacted them about 3 weeks ago about an order that never arrived I did not hear back from them and had to go through PayPal before they would contact me. All I was asking for was a refund as I had to get a different case as I did not receive my order which was a present for my brother. All I have heard from them is well the courier says its delivered and we cant do a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and at this point I'm almost ready to let this company steal my 40 euro.”
“Rhinoshield is dishonest about their products. I ordered a Impact Screen Protector from them and the screen protector is $30 and is literally a film. They make it seem like it is a tough screen protector but no film is going to be "Hammer Impact Tough." On top of all that the protector is not compatible with putting on a case otherwise it will pull up the protector. In addition, their instructions are unclear for the installation and their customer service is horrible. They contacted me instantly when trying to replace the product but if you want your money back then good luck they won't respond. I do not recommend his product or the company.”
“I ordered a bumper for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the fit was lousy. On the back at the bottom corners one side fitted much better than the other. Looked unprofessional. I could not remove the bumper even after watching two videos on it so I a ended up cutting the bumper off. Went back to my Totallee case which fits precisely!! Thought I wanted to see the back of my iPhone using the bumper but if it looks horrific with the fit it’s an eyesore”

“If you’re in a rush do not order from them, it’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. Standard shipping is not cheap either, £10 unless you spend more than $40, and it’s slow with unreliable tracking (I haven’t had any tracking updates for 3 weeks). When ordering the say it takes between 8-15 working days, but once you have an issue and read the FAQ section they tell you that delays are to be expected and the tracking is not reliable and your package may get lost. The only other option is spending £20 for FedEx delivery. It’s honestly baffling that the only options they offer are those. I guess having warehouses and factories in Taiwan is cheaper, but that they’d dare to charge £10 for this kind of service is unbelievable. For reference, I ordered from aliexpress days after ordering from rhinoshield, didn’t pay for shipping, and the order got here over a week ago. It’s shockingly bad. In the meantime, I’ve had to order a different case and screen protector because it’s taking so damn long.”
“I ordered the rhino shield mod nx case and i took 2 weeks longer that expected to arrive. When it arrived i thought it was a good case but to my Surprise the back plate broke after me trying to follow the video on how to take the case off your phone witch is very hard to do. I am very disappointed with my purchase!”
“I've had and used Rhino shield on two previous devices over the past 4 years, both times being simple and easy to install.
However, this time round the instructions and video show one product but the supplied goods do not fit the same.
The guard layer has 2 protective layers on each side, not 2 and 1 as the instructions show.
Whilst attempting to fit the guard onto the screen, I realised that although I had removed films 1 & 2 from the guard and that film 3 should be on the shield still, it in fact had a fourth layer on the side of side 1 which was still on the shield. So as I removed layer 3 and continued to press down onto the product to get any air bubbles out, all I found was the guard was not adhering to the screen properly.
I think this layer is meant to peel off with layer 1, but being made of a different material and being stuck more so to the guard than the film it peel off.
Due to this, I had to fit the guard to the screen with no tabs or anti lint layer on the guard.
The screen is covered in air bubbles from dirt/lint getting onto the guard whilst faffing around with the layers.
ALSO, the pull tabs designed onto the rhino guard to ease installation are permanently apart of the shield.
I had to cut them off from both top and bottom to dispose of them.
This is after the guard has gone on though, so you have to repeat the process of pushing air bubbles out afterwards.
I am genuinely sorry to say I won't be purchasing Rhino Shield again, which is a shame as I know from first hand experience how good there product is at protecting your screen.

I wanted to write few letters about this product.
I bought nearly half year ago new etui, white MOD NX with additional red frame.
How that look now? Could say with ease it's one of the WORST I ever had on my phones.
In 2-3 months looks still good, but had one big minus where that was begining for today. The shell started to have black stains on corners. Furthermore, on bottom side I perceive deformation.
I advice against buying those products at all.

“The flex screen protectors are almost impossible to install even if you follow their installation video.
If you get a slight air bubble you cannot work it out due to the material of the protector, it like a thick cling film.
I wasted £70 on the flex screen protectors for a galaxy s10 and s8 I would strongly advise anyone reading this to save their money and buy a gorilla glass instead”

Unfortunate to say as a SECOND TIME buyer I was miss lead by the information when it comes to purchasing item and choosing shipping method ! so watch out don't pay extra for nothing ! item took over 12 days to be received and after all that had to go to the post my self to collect it.”
“I bought a Play proof case and impact protection screen protector and it worked well besides the splitting of the phone case where the two sides were glued together but my phone was well protected. I replaced the case and protector after a year and again the phone case has starter to split at the bottom of my phone making it very difficult to put the case back on after taking it off then a few months latter my phone screen shattered on a small drop.
I have recommended four other people do get this case including my father however after a month of the play proof and impact protector his phone also cracked.”
